BIC Construction LLC

BIC Construction recently finished our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, everyone on their team was professional, courteous, and excellent at communicating. Scott and his project managers took the time to truly understand our vision, transforming our ideas into a comfortable, functional, and fun family space. The quality of craftsmanship from all the tradespeople and subcontractors was top-notch. They were also open to any feedback we had, making adjustments as needed to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Even after the project was completed, they remained responsive to our follow-up questions and took care of any minor warranty work right away. We never felt like “just another project”—instead, we felt valued and supported every step of the way. Without hesitation, we highly recommend BIC Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused contractor.

BIC just finished our basement, and we can't be happier with the results. We had some ideas of what we wanted to do, but when Scott (the owner) came out for the initial consultation, his vision turned out way better. The whole process was very smooth, and when issues came up, they were handled immediately, and with no push back. Our project manager Sara was awesome and really kept the whole project on track. She kept us informed every day, and if she was out for a day, then Patrick would help out. The whole team was very professional, and accommodating. The contractors were all very friendly, and did great work. We had several estimates, and BIC was an easy choice after meeting Scott and getting a referral from a friend. If you are thinking of finishing your basement, look no further and give Scott a call.

BIC went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional and timely and finished our basement under their goal time. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and can't believe how easy they made it.

BIC Construction finished our basement with a high degree of professionalism and the end result was fabulous! Scott's pre-design really helped us envision our options and positively affected the final outcome. From start to finish, they did outstanding work. Sara helped coordinate everything. They can really be trusted as they are transparent and stand behind their work.

BIC is the best! We contracted with BIC to finish our basement and from start to finish, the project exceeded our expectations. Scott had such creative ideas for using our space and the NATURAL light available. From daily updates and weekly wrap-ups, Patrick Juarez, rock star project manager, stayed in touch with us all along the way and was so easy to work with. Chris Fishel rounded out the team with his long-term expertise and put the finishing touches on the whole project. The companies BIC utilized were always prompt and pleasant. I asked for some bookshelves, and they created an amazing window seat with shelves alongside. The inspections along the way were uneventful, because the work was done right the first time. We have had homes built in the past and always had a long punch list, post-project. Not with BIC. The project was finished in the timeframe expected (a few days early), and the final punch list was almost non-existent. The few touch-ups were done quickly. We have no reservations recommending BIC to anyone considering a basement finish.

Just had our basement done and it looks amazing. So glad I went with BIC, Scott was great to work with and Sara our project lead was super responsive. There were times along the way, once the plans were finalized, that I had second thoughts and wanted to change the plan. The BIC team never made me feel as though it were a hassle to make changes. They were always on board with whatever I wanted. I also never felt like I was being nickel & dimed during the process. I felt like they truly listened to my ideas, had some input with what would work best, and together we came up with an amazing basement that we’ll enjoy for years to come. They made the process so easy. I would strongly recommend using BIC. Thanks again Scott and Sara.

BIC Construction was more than we could have hoped for! Scott’s design for our basement finish was unique, creative, and presented beautifully with the layout/floor plan and 3D pictures! All questions and concerns were addressed quickly prior to construction getting started, but what’s truly unique is that even after our business was won, the level of customer service not only continued, but was elevated with our Project Manager, Eddie! He went above and beyond with his communication, attention to detail, and looking out for our best interest! Hands down, would recommend BIC Construction to anyone and everyone looking to have their basement completed! Love our beautiful, new space!

We just finished our basement with BIC Construction and are so pleased with the final result! Our entire experience with the team, from designing the space to Scott to working with Sara on a daily basis, far exceeded our expectations. They really work with you to get all the details just right, their contractors were all great, and the communication was fabulous. Every day, we would get a text from our project manager, Sara, letting us know what was happening that day and we also got weekly emails with updates and next steps. We love the new basement space and highly recommend choosing BIC for your basement project!

We recently used BIC Construction to finish our basement. We received other quotes in the process, but BIC was professional, quick in responding to questions and were reasonably priced for the project. BIC provided quality workmanship and completed the project ahead of schedule. Having a project manager and one person to communicate with helped us feel at ease through the process. Eddie was very communicative as our project manager , he explained everything to us, and was a pleasure to work with! We also appreciated that the owner was even involved in our basement completion. We would recommend BIC 10/10!

We have been wanting a finished basement for many years and selected BIC to do the job. Sara was our main contact through the process and she was fantastic. She was responsive, easy to work with and very good at what she does. She was always on top of everything prior to me even asking about it. We also worked with Patrick and he was friendly and detail oriented helping to ensure quality. Along with Chris working magic behind the scenes, the three of them really took great care of us and our basement turned out beautifully. We were also generally impressed with the trades they brought in to do the work. Everyone seemed to be very good at their chosen field. Thank you, BIC!
