BIC Construction LLC

BIC was great to work with. The BIC team recently finished our basement. The team was professional, on time, and delivered a quality finished product. Scott was very creative and helpful with the design as well. The project manager was responsive and kept us updated throughout the project. I would recommend BIC to anyone wanting to finish their basement.

We got our basement finished with BIC Construction and we got everything we asked for. We love how it came out. Sara communicated with us through the whole process and Scott made sure the standards were met. When we get another house, if the basement is unfinished, we’re for sure coming back to BIC for help.

BIC Construction was recommended by a few of our neighbors. We decided to get 4 additional quotes from other companies. Even without referrals we would have gone with BIC. They had the most professional interaction. We revisited the layout 4 times before signing a contract with BIC to do our basement and Scott was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Ultimately, because of the time that they took and the patience they showed to make sure we were happy with our project before we even started, it instilled our confidence and faith in the company. Throughout the project this continued and we loved working with them. Our basement has turned out better than we could have planned. Even with a few hiccups they made the process enjoyable and we are glad it was BIC that we chose. Thanks to all!

BIC was great to work with. Scott designed a space far beyond anything the other contractors came up with and truly maximized the downstairs space. Our project manager Patrick was great to work with and kept us updated anytime anything was going to happen. The project was managed on time and the whole crew brought through was friendly, efficient, and professional. We couldn't be happier with the work they did and even though they were doing their job, their level of work and service far exceeded expectations.

BIC made remodeling our basement so easy! Scott was great to work with in the beginning with our initial design. He was fast and willing to accommodate any ideas or thoughts we had about our basement layout. He was very communicative and we always felt like we knew exactly what was coming up next in the remodel process. During the actual construction we worked with Jay and Patrick. They were both also very communicative letting us know every morning what the plan was for that day. They also responded quickly to anything that we needed or had a question about. I appreciated the initial meeting we had with Jay and Patrick where they outlined everything that was going to happen and addressed any concerns or questions that we had. Every member of BIC that we worked with was very friendly and professional. I'm super happy that we chose this company to finish our basement, they went out of their way to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. Their quality standards are unmatched and we truly appreciate the time that Scott, Jay, and Patrick put into our basement. Thank you BIC Construction!

When you spend time and money finishing your basement AND you have a fabulous result and experience doing it, it's important to recognize the teamwork, professionalism, and effort that it takes for that accomplishment. BIC took our previously unused walk out basement and expanded our home and giving us 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, storage and a wet bar. We'll leverage that space to help our 3 young adults spread their wings. It's a functional, gorgeous space and we are so happy we did this project. The team at BIC is amazing. It starts with Scott and his wonderful design. His experience signs through. The day-to-day execution was led by our favorite firecracker, Sara. Sara brought the day-to-day management and energy needed to execute. This project was low stress to us due to Sara's capabilities. We recommend BIC Construction for your basement remodeling needs. We just love how it turned out and what the outcome provides for our family. Kathy and Jim Toth

My husband and I wanted to share our experience with BIC. We recently had BIC finish our basement; and we were completely new to the whole process as this is our first house. BIC truly was amazing through the whole process, and answered all questions and concerns! They were patient and would always make time to meet if we had any problems or wanted to change or add something on. Jay was our project manager kept us up to date every day on what was going on and always told us to reach out if we needed anything and he meant it. Even after the basement was finished we had them come back out to fix our window and they were so accommodating! I really can't thank them enough for making this process truly painless.

We had a great experience with BIC. We finished our basement with them and I don't think we could have had a smoother or better experience with minimal interruption to our day-to-day lives. Scott and his team are incredibly professional and care about doing high-quality work the right way. Jay was our project manager and was in constant communication to let us know what was happening with our project and answering our questions. Every morning they would check in and tell us what was happening that day, who would be coming into our house, and what to expect. Patrick also did a great job of checking in on things and making sure we were happy throughout and that things were going the way they should. Everyone just seemed to care about what we wanted and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the end result. There was no pressure, no upselling, and it was just a pleasant experience with a perfect end result. Everything was set up to make our family comfortable with every step of the process. Even when inspectors would come by at the different stages of the project they would come over to me and say "oh you're using BIC? They are amazing. You're in great hands!" I truly cannot recommend them enough!

We just finished our basement project using BIC Construction and could not be happier. They were extremely professional, honest and detail oriented. Patrick was our project manager and he was beyond great! He was always on top of things and really cared about the quality. He's very detail oriented and truly cares about the customer. Chris (Fish) was also amazing! Chris did a great job and we were extremely satisfied with his work. The carpenter Dave was amazing! He built us a custom built entertainment center that by far exceeded our expectations. The entire team was great! We highly recommend BIG Construction for anyone looking to get their basement finished! Great company!

My husband and I are so excited about our new basement! We could not be happier with how the process went, and how great working with BIC was. Everyone we worked with through BIC was courteous, kind and very professional. Scott Schwegel came and did our drawings and the initial consult. I was so happy with his enthusiasm and ability to see our space for what it could be. The meetings with him were easy, he offered ideas that we had not thought of, stayed within our budget, and got our basement plans exactly how we wanted. Sara Bandoni was our project supervisor and she went above and beyond to make the process easy and straight forward. She had great communication, was friendly and always had an answer to all of our questions and changes. Chris Fishel was the go to man for all the little parts of our project and was awesome in asking about the details (ex. how we wanted our fireplace set up) while also being very prompt in getting things fixed when we asked. Scotty Schwegel was also super helpful, even offering to come back in the morning when he learned my daughter was napping and his job was the very loud jack hammer. I highly recommend BIC and am so happy we chose them for this project.
