BIC Construction LLC

BIC did a wonderful job on our basement. The entire team was so nice, professional, and great at what they do. Sarah was an incredible project manager, keeping us informed daily on what was going on, who would be in our house, etc. She also had great suggestions and insight into design choices. We would absolutely recommend BIC and are so pleased with the basement finish.

We recently finished our basement with BIC Construction and were very happy with the company overall and with the finished product. The entire team was professional and friendly. We worked specifically with Eddie and Patrick who managed our project from start to finish. They were great with communication every step of the way and were on time with expected deadlines, if not ahead of schedule. The bid BIC provided was reasonable, and they maintained transparency with costs and change orders we requested. The workmanship and quality of their trades is top notch, and we are very happy with our new basement! We would definitely work with them again and recommend BIC to our friends and family.

We have had the best experience with BIC Construction. From the get go, communication has been clear and open. Scott listened to us and really came up with a design that worked for our space and our family. Patrick's weekly emails, and daily text updates left nothing as a surprise. Chris did a great job with details of hanging bathroom and door hardware. The whole team was incredibly respectful of our house, yard, and driveway. We are so happy with our new basement!

We recently hired BIC Construction to finish our basement and couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the quality of work was excellent, with great attention to detail that really shows in the finished product. The layout and design are modern and well thought-out – it truly doesn't look or feel like a basement! The bid was thorough and transparent, clearly identifying what was included or what we, as the homeowners, would need to provide. Pricing was fair and competitive – especially compared to two other bids we received from competitors, which failed to include key items in their base bid necessary for a complete and functional basement finish. With the BIC team, there were no hidden costs or last-minute surprises. Our assigned project team of Sara and Chris were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire build. They helped us navigate every step, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed from start to finish. One of the standout aspects of the experience was the daily communication. Every morning, we received a text from Sara with a clear update on what to expect for the day, which kept us informed and confident in the process. We especially appreciated the payment structure – there were no upfront payments, and the first installment wasn't due until after the framing was complete. The job was completed on time, and the team was focused on making sure we were completely satisfied with every detail. We highly recommend BIC Construction to anyone looking to finish their basement with high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a modern design that adds real value to their home for a competitive price.

I recently had my basement finished by BIC, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! When I was getting quotes from different companies, I knew right away after speaking with Scott that BIC was the right fit. He clearly knows his craft inside and out and was so personable and easy to work with. Sara, our project manager, was absolutely fantastic. She kept everything running smoothly, always communicated updates clearly, and took the time to walk me through every detail. I really appreciated how she listened to my concerns and made sure I was completely comfortable before moving forward on each step. A special shoutout as well to Chris, who installed my daughter’s climbing wall and made sure the framers properly blocked the ceiling for her sensory swing — that extra care meant a lot to me as a parent. Even though my project was a smaller space with more basic finishes, I never once felt like it was treated as less important. The same level of attention, communication, and care went into every step as I imagine they give to their largest builds. That meant a lot to me and really speaks to the pride they take in their work and the way they value every client. Scott and Sara both went above and beyond to make sure every detail met our expectations. It’s clear that BIC truly values their clients and stands behind their work. They don’t just build beautiful spaces — they make things right for their customers. The final result is everything I had hoped for, and I’m beyond pleased with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend BIC to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind their work and treats their clients with honesty and care.

BIC did a fantastic job renovating our basement! It was an incredibly easy and relaxing experience for our family. Scott prepared a wonderful online presentation and the contract was very detailed; it left no surprises. The contractors came in and out of our window-well 99% of the time, and a plastic "door" was installed leading up to our first level so there was minimal dust. Any issues that arose were taken care of promptly and efficiently. Every tradesperson was very experienced and professional. Patrick oversaw the day-to-day work. He was always on time and is an excellent communicator. It took about 10 weeks to complete a bedroom, fitness room, full bath, and recreational room with a wet bar. Just stunning!

We couldn't be more impressed with the work done by BIC! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team demonstrated top-tier professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We hired them to finish our basement, and they turned what was once an underutilized space into a fully functional, beautiful extension of our home. They were incredibly responsive and transparent throughout the process. We always knew what to expect and were updated regularly on the progress. Patrick and Chris were courteous, punctual, and took great care to keep the worksite clean and organized. We now have a basement that feels like a natural part of the home—not an afterthought. I would highly recommend BIC to anyone looking for high-quality basement construction or renovation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars for BIC Construction! Finishing our basement with BIC Construction was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very first quote to signing the final check, we couldn’t be happier with the results or the process. We gathered quotes from several companies, but BIC immediately stood out. Scott’s experience, vision, and attention to detail were clear from our first meeting. We had a few unique design challenges that other contractors dismissed as “not possible,” but Scott didn’t just find a way. He offered creative, seamless solutions on the spot. While others focused only on building a basement, Scott envisioned something bigger: a true extension of our home. Thanks to his thoughtful touches, like opening up walls for banisters and enhancing our stairway design, what began as a basement remodel became a beautiful new third floor of living space. The pricing was fair, transparent, and only changed when we made changes. We truly feel we received incredible value for the quality and craftsmanship delivered. The entire project ran smoothly thanks to our project manager, Patrick, who was professional, friendly, communicative, and incredibly accessible throughout. Even knowing he was managing multiple projects, it always felt like ours was his top priority. He kept us informed every step of the way with daily text updates and weekly progress emails, so we always knew exactly what was happening, whether we were home or away. Every crew member who worked in our home was professional, tidy, and respectful of our space. A special shout-out to Chris, who went above and beyond, from assembling doors and shelving to refacing cabinetry and installing paneling and fixtures. Every detail was handled with care and true expertise. Having such a capable and caring team made the entire renovation not just stress-free, but genuinely enjoyable. BIC Construction exceeded every expectation, they were professional, creative, and trustworthy from start to finish. We are beyond thrilled with our new space and so grateful we chose them for our home. Thank you, BIC Construction! You turned our vision into reality!

Everyone with BIC is incredibly friendly and easy to work with! Sara, our project manager was wonderful, very attentive, with excellent communication. They all strive to make the project seamless, the painters, drywallers, plumber, electrician, etc., all did excellent work and had pleasant demeanors, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend BIC.

Very pleased with the craftsmanship on our basement finish. They laid out a schedule and mostly stuck to it. Other than a few minor glitches, they communicated very well. The design was great. We ended up the space we wanted.
