BIC Construction LLC

As soon as we met Scott, we knew we wanted BIC Construction to finish our basement. Scott was so patient as we asked for changes to the plans. He also offered his expertise when I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted. We worked with our project manager, Eddie, which made the process so much easier. One contact for everything and he took care of all my questions. The basement looks fantastic and we love to spend time there as a family. I would recommend BIC Construction to anyone for a basement finish.

Working with BIC Construction was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, and the results exceeded our expectations. Scott, the owner, is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. He genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life and making sure your basement turns out exactly the way you imagined. Chris kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring every detail was taken care of without a hitch. And then there’s Patrick—the man, the myth, the legend! His communication throughout the project was top-notch, keeping us informed and confident every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our new space and highly recommend BIC Construction to anyone looking to transform their basement. Thank you again, BIC, for making our dream a reality!

BIC Construction recently finished our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, everyone on their team was professional, courteous, and excellent at communicating. Scott and his project managers took the time to truly understand our vision, transforming our ideas into a comfortable, functional, and fun family space. The quality of craftsmanship from all the tradespeople and subcontractors was top-notch. They were also open to any feedback we had, making adjustments as needed to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Even after the project was completed, they remained responsive to our follow-up questions and took care of any minor warranty work right away. We never felt like “just another project”—instead, we felt valued and supported every step of the way. Without hesitation, we highly recommend BIC Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused contractor.

Great people to work with from start to finish! Design ideas were improvement over my first ideas and their experience was well appreciated. All crews were professional, non-intrusive, and worked in a timely manner. Project foreman Patrick sent daily text updates on what was happening every day and was always available for questions/concerns. I highly recommend BIC if you are considering finishing your basement.

We recently completed a basement project with BIC Construction, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Scott impressed us with his detailed estimation, thoughtful initial designs, and a walk-through that made my wife and me feel confident about choosing BIC. Out of the eight general contractors we interviewed (all specializing in basements), BIC’s bid was not only very competitive but also the most thorough. Our project was unusually complex for a ~900 sq. ft. basement. It included features such as a 38" round cold plunge tub, a 7' x 4' sauna, heated floors, a large electric fireplace, a 7x2x1 sound system, smart lighting, a server room, and even a relocated water filtration system. The scope demanded careful scheduling and coordination, and Chris S.—our project manager—exceeded all expectations. Chris was exceptionally receptive to our needs as homeowners and incredibly responsive whenever concerns arose. He not only managed requirements and schedules flawlessly but also took the time to set up meetings with tradesmen when I had technical questions, ensuring my concerns were addressed directly and completely. His professionalism, dedication, and ability to manage intricate details gave me peace of mind throughout the build. The subcontractors Scott lined up were all highly skilled, professional, and respectful—entering and exiting through the window well to minimize disruption. While any project comes with challenges, every issue was resolved promptly and to a high standard. I never felt nickel-and-dimed, and the change orders were fair and reasonable. BIC Construction also connected us with Crystal at Roche & Olive. Crystal's services were fantastic and helped aligned our goals for the project with BIC's capabilities. Her work helped carry our confidence throughout the project. The end result was a beautifully finished, highly functional basement that met every one of our specialized needs. BIC Construction delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering a basement remodel, especially one with complex requirements. Thanks guys! John & Amanda

Scott (owner), Eddie (project manager) and his entire team was great to work with during for our basement finish and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! I would highly recommend BIC Construction for your basement remodel needs!

BIC just finished our basement, and we can't be happier with the results. We had some ideas of what we wanted to do, but when Scott (the owner) came out for the initial consultation, his vision turned out way better. The whole process was very smooth, and when issues came up, they were handled immediately, and with no push back. Our project manager Sara was awesome and really kept the whole project on track. She kept us informed every day, and if she was out for a day, then Patrick would help out. The whole team was very professional, and accommodating. The contractors were all very friendly, and did great work. We had several estimates, and BIC was an easy choice after meeting Scott and getting a referral from a friend. If you are thinking of finishing your basement, look no further and give Scott a call.

BIC went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional and timely and finished our basement under their goal time. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and can't believe how easy they made it.

BIC Construction finished our basement with a high degree of professionalism and the end result was fabulous! Scott's pre-design really helped us envision our options and positively affected the final outcome. From start to finish, they did outstanding work. Sara helped coordinate everything. They can really be trusted as they are transparent and stand behind their work.

BIC is the best! We contracted with BIC to finish our basement and from start to finish, the project exceeded our expectations. Scott had such creative ideas for using our space and the NATURAL light available. From daily updates and weekly wrap-ups, Patrick Juarez, rock star project manager, stayed in touch with us all along the way and was so easy to work with. Chris Fishel rounded out the team with his long-term expertise and put the finishing touches on the whole project. The companies BIC utilized were always prompt and pleasant. I asked for some bookshelves, and they created an amazing window seat with shelves alongside. The inspections along the way were uneventful, because the work was done right the first time. We have had homes built in the past and always had a long punch list, post-project. Not with BIC. The project was finished in the timeframe expected (a few days early), and the final punch list was almost non-existent. The few touch-ups were done quickly. We have no reservations recommending BIC to anyone considering a basement finish.
