Very unsatisfied with Brannon's service. 1st-- I rented a scooter for 30.00 a week. Charged my credit card $85.00. luckily I checked when I got my CC alert. Had no excuse but Oh sorry and credited me the difference.. 2nd. I was approved for crutches I never received my crutches as promised. I called to check on my urgent request order to be delivered in 2 to 3 days. When I called my order had not even been processed or ordered to be delivered. I still have not received my crutches as of this day. 9/24. I had my foot surgery on the 8th of Sept. Very unprofessional for a medical supplier to not supply the customer with urgent needs as promised. 👎👎 They called me and told me that the crutches were in stock and if I can have someone pick them up for me! This was so upsetting to me! 😳
They have been patient with me. No not the quickest.They helped with checking the machine when I first received it and it didn't seem to be working right. When my doctor called them while in the office, they worked quickly with him and reset my BIPAP machine remotely. They could have been annoying like Apria which wouldn't answer the phone as quickly. The only fault that I have with them so far.is that they didn't call me saying my payment has no't been received. I am not sure if they have done anything in recording information because I have this red light but a CALL would be better than perhaps doing something that might affect my health in the long run. Aside from that, I like the peoplle Just please STAY AWAY FROM APRIA IN SAN JOSE

I have talked with a dear friend who just got over a terrible experience with Brannons so much so she did not even want to write anything about them, just in case they would no longer help her she is very old and ordered supplies and didn't get them. That may seem not so bad except that when she told the doctor he was upset and she realized that if she could tell her doctor was upset that was very bad. She ordered them from another company on her insurance plan but as her friend I felt that when I saw all these high and low scores, I thought I should ass something about never filling an order after talking to them.
These people don't even answer the phone. I needed a wheelchair for my daughter and could not speak to anyone. I was put on hold for 30min with a recording that said they would be with me in less than 30seconds, ya sure. They are a half a mile down the street from me and I could of walked in less time than I was put on hold. Do not recommend them at all.
All of the bad reviews on here are 100% accurate. Make sure that if you walk into this place you fit into the proper socio economic status in order to be treated just well enough to come back. I've never encountered a business entity that has the sensitivity of a medieval dentist.
UPDATE to prior review: it appears that Brannon contracts their CPAP supplies to another company, Sound Oxygen services. If Brannon medical is noting many customer complaints, they may wish to reconsider this vendor. This is a review of Brannon Medical, the company, not the store: I used to get CPAP at the store in SJ, and the staff were helpful. Now, the SJ store no longer handles CPAP, so you have to go through the company. AWFUL. Brannon Medical charged me for the supplies I need (2 months ago!) and I still have not received them. I have been on phone support several times with assurance it will be taken care of. Nada. They have errors in their system regarding my insurance coverage--yet I have paid for the equipment in full--they already processed payment. As soon as I get this cleared up, I'm out of here!!
Called to check on my mask replacement. Said I owed money for my machine and I was in collections. The gentleman over the phone was rude as hell and talked over me. So to make this short I do not recommend this business. I am reporting to the BBB and the state to pull these guys license. They are unprofessional and I’ve had nothing but trouble with them.

I do not recommend this place at all. There service is not great. It takes them months to get you your order. Not pleased at all with this company. I had to call my insurance to get another vendor to get me my supplies. If I could give them no star I would give them 0 stars. This is year 2023 they need to role with the times. Just gona lose customers left and right with the kind of garbage service they provide. Awful experience. Sve you money and time and go somewhere else. disappointed
