I went to pick up my CPAP Machine but first you have to sit through a quick orientation. The employee that was in charge of this, I believe her name was Alexandra, handled the orientation very well, answered all questions and was very knowledgeable about all the products involved. I,e... Mask types, ease of putting mask on, and just everything in loved with the machine and maintenance. She was really nice and did a great job. She deserves to be recognized for her personable, professional, and knowledgeable traits. She's a great employee and enjoyed her orientation. I had no questions by the end of appointment. She was a delight and puts people at ease.
Alejandra she was very helpful. She explained excellent. I will recommend going here to any family member specially that she spoke Spanish.
My appointment was cancelled in error by the call center. Ally was kind enough to accommodate me and did a great job. She certainly loves her job and cares about us the clients.

Very depressing environment. Old dirty carpet, strong smell of mold from recent leak. Repurposed from a private medical supply company. Wish I had taken photos. On the other hand Marianna was very helpful, courteous and assisted me in finding the correct mask for my situation. She gets 5 stars.
Chris the technician who came to install the wheels on my bed was the best ever did everything within 15 minutes. And when I called yesterday they said they would have someone come in the next day to change the wheels great customer service.
The lady who handled my problem was very professional and helpful. I set up the CPAP machine and took a couple of breaths and she diagnostic it as the motor was going. She provided be with a new machine and I was on my way. I used it last night and slept like a baby. Thank you.
