From order to to the door delivery has been a less than half day situation. Very attentive and the delivery driver was super even delivering to the third floor of our apartment with no elevator. Awesome DME provider!

I was scared from all the reviews. But they were just not true for our visit. Our visit was as close to perfect that I think one could expect. The company is now Adaptive Health. We just had our CPAP training and received our machines. Process took 1hr. Our CPAP technician, Ally, was amazing. Knowledgeable. Set a perfect pace for the training. Empathetic. Rest assured that the old reviews here on Google are old. My wife and I are 150% completely satisfied with our experience from the moment we were greeted at the front desk to the instructions on how pack up our new machines. Well done Ally and the Adaptive team.
The visit was informative and I received a lot of help in understanding how to operate my BIBAP machine and mask. Marianna was very courteous and helpful.
