I filed a complaint against the Firestone store I have been going to for almost 20 years, and the Bridgestone Corporate Office told me to take my business elsewhere. This is how they handle feedback regarding their auto centers. Bridgestone/Firestone is a totally unethical corporation. All you have to do is read the reviews, and it will confirm my statement.
Well, I'm writing as the spouse of someone who took their FJ Cruiser to Firestone in New Braunfels, TX for tire rotation. Firestone dropped his vehicle on the lift! It has been approximately two weeks and numerous trips taking him to Firestone to of get them to repair and restore the vehicle to it's proper working condition. So far no luck. Any idea who we can contact for a resolution?
