They took out Peet’s Coffee which was one of the main reasons I came to the cafe often. Now they have Verve. Careless staff and doesn’t seem to be as inviting as before. Probably will end up switching banks soon.
I can't imagine why I would trust a barista with my money
ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I lost my wedding ring here—suddenly noticed it was gone—all the staff here, Kinaya, Michael and KemShawn—really were immediately concerned and helped me look—moving furniture and looking under tables. You can only imagine how distraught I was. Then Kinaya came up to me with my ring in her hand—KemShawn had found it even as he was making drinks for other people. A more caring staff would be hard to find. Thank you so much to all of them—and to management for fostering this wonderful atmosphere. Thank you again!
Great coffee shop and 50% for Capital One customers. The staff was very helpful and courteous specially Shay she was very welcoming and offer us free beverages on our first visit.

This place is okay, the coffee is decent. Decent. There's never an available nook when you need one, people reserve them hours in advance and for more than an hour as is the rule.
I wish theyvwould let me use the ATM in peace. I dont need you to come up from behind and ask me questions. Please use body language cues to understand when someone needs help. When people are dealing with money, they dont want tou approaching asking how you can help.
This place is incredible and I'm so glad I discovered. As a cardholder I get discounts on coffee in a wonderful quiet get away. I can also get help on my account if I need it. Kaniya (not sure I spelled that right) was so welcoming! Even if you aren't a customer you should come in and enjoy the atmosphere!
Excellent customer service. Great vibes. Chill. Beautiful space, allows me to get in my zone to work. Shay helped us and she was super kind and accommodating! Honestly, this makes me feel like a valued customer!
Michael's energy is contagious! He oozes positivity and has an energetic yet calm demeanor. This place is so cozy, comfy and welcoming. The coffee is great! I had the Horchata Oat latte and it was fantastic.
