I love this place. I have been here twice but it's an enjoyable experience.
Went in with my fiancé for help opening an account and was given amazing service from Shay and the rest one the Capitol One staff. We were greeted and given free drinks as well as a private room to talk to customer service with the help of Shay along the way. To further expand on the kindness, Shay followed up with us later, giving us her congratulations for the new job and move. I cannot recommend Capitol One enough!
I'm so happy one of the employees helped me my Capital One app that I was having difficulty to login in and now I can use my Capital One app! However, this place is totally amazing and the atmosphere is great, love the food, coffee drinks and the the service is super awesome! They treated me nice.
I would have liked to be left alone while dealing with cash, i felt profiled and watched. The attendant even recommended Walgreens as a deposit center. I would have went to Walgreens if I wanted, POC's deposit and make money just like everyone else. Just leave people alone,this was not helpful just bothersome.This location is in my neighborhood 😐
I arrived early, ordered coffee and food and sat in the “first-come, first served” nook. After I got settled in and began to work, a staff member (the same person who earlier confirmed that I could work in the space for as long as I like ) came to tell me that because other people had arrived I would need to leave in an hour. This defeats the entire purpose of my arriving early to secure a quiet place to work. I know of no other coffee shop that would dare tell a paying client they have to vacate their seat, because someone else wants to sit there. This also flies in the face of their own stated, “first-come, first-served” policy. I could deal with the average coffee, but the service is sub-par.
Great experience today with Katie in banking and all of the baristas at the coffee bar!!
