Capital One Café

I love the boulder café, but customer service is hit or miss here. The coffee shop part seems to randomly close before closing time. I do appreciate the ATMs

Just sharing because I was impressed for a second time from Michael, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome here. Great, quiet study spot for students using a capital one card to save on coffee. The place also has good lighting, tables, power outlets. Perfect for a rainy, lazy day when I needed to get work done!!!!

Finally got a chance to visit a Capital One Café! We stopped here one weekday evening to get a coffee and check out the café. The Café itself is not quite what we expected but not in a bad way! It is a very business-like type of café with numerous rooms, sitting areas, and other resources that make this for a great business-friendly type of café. The two staff members working were very friendly and inviting. We tried two different coffees, a piece of orange loaf bread, and our complimentary cookies for buying coffee. The coffee was delicious (not piping hot which was nice but was different). The bread was still fresh even with it being later at night. The free cookies were delicious too! We walked around the café and ended up sitting on some comfy couches to enjoy our snacks. There was even a puzzle that any one inside the café could work on. Overall, this is a great little café that does not feel like a Starbucks or a local coffee shop but does well at serving its purpose. And having a Capital One card makes it even better with the drink discount!

If you’re a capital one card holder, this is the best cafe for you. You will get 50% off which is amazing considering today’s prices. The cafe uses Peet’s coffee which is the only one you can find in the KC metro. There are an ample amount of tables and it is incredibly clean.

Do not do business with capital one. Close your accounts unless you want them to mess up a charge dispute so bad that there’s no recourse that can be taken to fix it.

i am giving this place 5 stars because it’s one of the BEST coffee shops i’ve ever been to (besides the one i go with my girlfriend). the cinnamon latte was so good, the atmosphere was amazing as there’s lots of students on their computers, it’s a comfortable environment to get work done, and the staff were joyful and happy to help. while i was writing a sales page, the baristas were singing still into you by paramore (lol). the environment is great, the people are great, definitely come here if you want to work. the only thing is, idk how the food tastes, i only got latte. capital one is smart for making these cafes around the states because it’s definitely bringing in lots of new banking customers for them. they tapped into an entire new market with cafes like this. oh and when i left my friend picked me up in his porche 911 turbo (see video below)

Visited the Capital One Café for the first time today and WOW! Excellent atmosphere, delicious drinks (try the Paloma Spritz), and amazing service. Special shoutout to Caleb - extremely kind and professional. Looking forward to visiting again!

Clean and open space where you can work or meet friends. Their friendly workers won’t pressure you to open an account with them, just like their website advertises. They serve Peet’s Coffee and will punch the Peet’s coffee card.

Unfortunately, due to identity theft, I had to come on a Friday and on the following Monday. I worked with Caleb and Kinaya. They both went the extra mile and sat with me through the entire process with the fraud department. They were kind, professional, and understanding.

My recent visit to the Capital One Cafe/Bank was fantastic. We were helped by the bank teller, Shay, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions about opening a new 360 checking account. ​She really went above and beyond to research the details of the bonus sign-up offer (the reason for our visit!) and clearly explained all the requirements. She was also kind enough to give us complimentary drink coupons for the café! Shay was super patient and informative, even showing me in real-time how to locate Allpoint ATMs and add beneficiary details within the app. ​ The Perfect Remote Workspace ​As a regular visitor who often comes here to work remote, I can attest that this cafe is consistently a comfortable and productive place to study or work. ​The space is always spacious and incredibly clean. I especially appreciate that there are plenty of tables with readily available outlets for people who need them. The option of using the private rooms is a huge bonus for meetings or focused work. Even the bathrooms are notably clean! ​With such helpful employees like Shay and a great atmosphere, I would highly recommend banking here and checking out the café—it's a perfect spot to hang out, socialize, read, or study.
