Terrible service. Tall skinny guy had the worst attitude. As long as Michael works there, i will never go back again.
Cafe is nice, bank portion is useless. You will simply be directed to use the ATMs to access your account.

Capital One Cafe is an adventure for those who delight in the utmost experience involving an upscale cafe. Paper cups full of requested caffeine beverage and a small white ceramic plate for the pastry of choice. The environment is clean with sparkling tile floors and white pained walls surrounded by small tables holding a small number of chairs. For the fair weather friends, a four person bench sits in front of the window with two circular tables and two chairs, completing an outdoor experience. A small room with a sliding glass door holds a medium size table with around 8 chairs for meetings and other get together, although this room is strictly reservation only.
They do not alert you if a payment was not accepted- but continue to build up your debt. They will close your account and will not allow you reopen a new one to rebuild your credit; while all the while they are hurting your credit score.
Worst credit card customer service I’ve ever experienced. Capital One doesn’t care about its customers.
Absolutely loved this place. Workers are fantastic and I felt included. Will definitely buy my coffee here daily.
Easy short walk within the plaza to get an affordable cup if your a card holder.
Barista's are really nice. The cafe is also really chill to get some work done.
