This place is horrible and shouldn’t be opened. At first it seemed so legit and like an awesome idea but the people who work there are far from friendly and helpful. They were completely rude to me. I. was calling around pharmacies to check to make sure the pharmacy had my medicine before being discharged from the Hospital and stated they did so after my doctor sent them my order they called me said they did not have my controlled substance prescription, and I told them I called ahead just for that reason and was told they had it. But anyways, I called the hospital nurse back and told them what happened and they said they would call them and ask then they told my nurse they did have it and it was being filled and I was like okay so I called them back to see and was going to go pick it up from them on my way home they kept trying to tell me to wait and they would text me when they were ready I said well don’t yall have a waiting room I will just wait there it was close to closing time at 6pm and I arrived at 4pm my phone had died by the time I got there amd the girl or pharmacist filling the prescriptions came to the window and rudely said they didn’t have it. And I asked if k could atleast sit in the waiting room charge my phone and contact the Hospital nurse again to inform her then I’d be out of there. They said since they didn’t have one prescription that I should have all my prescription moved to a new pharmacy which I did because the outside of the building looked super professional but inside it looked like an illegal pharmacy abd sketchy. I was charging my phone for 15-30 mins and had my nurse call my prescriptions into Walgreens at the hostptal. Then I was waiting on on a uber to pick me up. The pharmacist looked at me crazy and asked what I was doing and I said waiting on an uber that I needed 10-15 mins then would leave and she made a shocking look like 15 mins was 3 hours or something and said that once my phone was charged enough I needed to leave or wait outside. Tbat they have a policy stating no one can sit and wait in the waiting room for that long. Wow the customer service was aweful I wish I read the reviews prior before hand. I’m so glad I didn’t have all my medicine sent to them. This business will not last long with such a high demand for medications they think they can treat peiple poorly and badly like we don’t have 300 other pharmacies that would love to service our prescriptions. I highly recommend not using capsule or you will regret it like I did. Thank you for taking the time to read this you won’t regret it. I’m saving you from a headache and wasteful time.

Ever since I started with capsule, I’ve had an exquisite pharmacy experience! No exceptions. Always friendly, always efficient, always looking for making my prescriptions as affordable as possible. They’re like family!

This pharmacy is amazing. I've been a pharmacy technician for 11 years. I was really shocked at how much trouble I had filling prescriptions with Walgreens, especially with billing. Capsule was super easy to use, they had no issues with billing, I got my prescriptions delivered, and the pharmacy communicates proactively. I love it.

I am an AVID campaigner for capsule pharmacy!!! They have saved me in so many ways! Capsule Pharmacy puts the person first! They help me get meds at the best price available; Capsule reps. actually call you if there are ANY problems or hold-ups with your meds; AND acts as a liaison with other pharmacies, your primary care physician or insurance ---whichever is needed!!! They truly want to make a difference, And Capsule surely does do that!!! They are VERY easy to work with. I truly appreciate Capsule Pharmacy!!! They Care!!!

Dont use this service you don’t get medication and let them know and said will make report and when call again no one knows nothing

The BEST pharmacy to go to, was in Houston for work and finding a pharmacy after the move was insane, every pharmacy in a 5 mile radius was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Saw a commercial for Capsule and decided to check it out. From the start they took care of everything for me, they called the pharmacy, transferred all of my medications and were at my door within two hours with my meds. No driving, no traffic. They’re very accommodating and work with you on your medications and your specific needs without making you feel like a burden. Now can y’all expand to Detroit so I can continue to use your service?! Capsule is wonderful. They are a no fuss delivery service. Your ONLY paying for your medications the delivery is free. Always great customer service. And my favorite you always talk to a person! Thank y’all for being the best at what you do! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've had the pleasure of speaking with pharmacist Ms Carrie who has kept me abreast about everything that is going on with one of my medications that is out of stock, I thank her because she did not have to keep me informed at all. She not only communicated with myself, she also communicated with my doctor to ask him if there is any other meds that he would like me on since the one prescribed has been out of stock for so long. That is great professionalism and kudos to you Miss Carrie you should be acknowledged by the company for not only making sure the patients receive their medication but for all you have done

So i had medication sent there for covid on December 25 with promised to be delivered today. Ive been waiting all day and no medication! Then I call at 430 after the app said it was en route then they tell me that that my medication was going to be delivered! This is ridiculous! Im never using this pharmacy again. The lady however did resolve my issue and had my prescription sent to Walgreens and refunded my money. Overall im satisfied but upset because this now 2 days without my medication.

Capsule Pharmacy is my saving grace. Picture this? Doc calls in your meds. You work with the staff on an acceptable delivery time frame. Voila! You get get your meds on time!!! Who knew? Seriously after dealing with the condescending, dismissive, and inept Walgreens Pharmacy for decades. Finally, I can obtain my medications on time. The personnel is welcoming, and the communication is excellent! I don't enjoy writing reviews, but I think Capsule Pharmacy could assist a lot of elderly or business people that have similar problems. I appreciate your assistance, Isabel, as well the Capsule drivers. Please do not change your current formula. VM
