Never disappointed always impressed with phenomena service and follow through. Your meds even arrive in a gift bag. And it didn’t cost extra Capsule is a wonderful service that you should check out today. They were very closely with your physicians and specialist to make sure that your medication arrives on schedule and reduces the stress related with your traditional pharmacies and doctors offices. Check out Capsule today and I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the level of service that you receive, and more importantly that it’s all delivered to you at your home. These folks are marvelous thank you so much and God bless you all.
If I could give it zero I would. They have non existent customer service( unless you love speaking with AI), limited hours, and flat out lie about “same day delivery”
Capsule was the Teladoc-recommended delivery option. Seemed convenient -- until the unraveling began. Come along for a wild ride. First, Capsule doesn't tell you that the delivery window is only between 6pm to 9pm, until after your doctor sends the prescription. Clearly, no one needs meds before dinner. Then, the supposed courier texted me at 9:02 stating they were approaching. I stood outside and waited ... and waited. I then received a "delivery" confirmation, except nothing was delivered. Haven't been ghosted this hard since a blind date back in 05. I contacted their support via text, only to get cold, canned responses about needing to "investigate" the next day. No urgency, no empathy, no medication. Just Sherlock Holmes cosplay. I finally called and reached someone helpful (S/O to Chris). Instead of risking another "delivery," I insisted that my wife will pick up the meds in person. Think that's how the story ends? Think again. When my wife showed up (during business hours), the pharmacy door was locked. Knocking yielded no results. After calling Capsule again, someone finally--and begrudgingly--unlocked the door. No apologies, no acknowledgement. Truly stellar patient care. This entire experience was so absurd it felt like a fever dream. And hey, given my lack of meds, maybe it actually was. Tldr: dealing with Capsule feels like a pill that's hard to swallow--especially when they never deliver it.
Staff is always super sweet and helpful. Prefer them over other pharmacies because of the convenience and the option to have my medication delivered.

DR prescribed 3 doses of a pill, one daily for 3 days. Capsule delivered 1 pill only on a Friday, I called to tell them, they promised to deliver next day from 6-9. Saturday comes, no one says a word or delivers anything, so I call again at 6, I am told they are closed. They have taken no accountability and should be more diligent when filling out prescriptions. Now it is Sunday and I have missed Saturday’s dose & hopefully I don’t miss Sunday’s… this is actually very ridiculous. What if the medication was life saving?? Please do better.

What a mess. To start with, delivery was next-day, not same-day. There’s ONE weekday delivery window: 6–9 pm, and you must be present to sign. Next, delivery is NOT free unless you opt out of the automatically-added tip. I didn't expect it, so I didn't notice (and paid a $5 tip on a $1.79 medication). There's more. Capsule charged me $14.99 for that $1.79 medication. They processed the order without my insurance, which was provided UP FRONT. And yet they sent a receipt saying I had only paid the insurance price. I check my CC charges every day and knew it wasn't true, but what if I had trusted the receipt? I called Capsule and was told the $14.99 was "just a preauthorization," when it was actually a real, posted charge. I know the difference and said so, but what if I had trusted their answer? I will say that the two supervisors I eventually communicated with refunded the erroneous amounts, so I upgraded the rating from 1 star to 2. But I’m not using Capsule again. Their marketing leaves out critical details, and the issues were serious.
