Had to wait an hour till my appt time. Did that and watch trucks come around me and be unloaded till I went in and asked about it.never got an answer,but an hour and a half after my appt time they started unloading me.shot my logs to pieces for the day.i guess if I didn't go in , I'd still be sitting here at christmas.people not very friendly. I'll only come back if my dispatch makes me.!
At this point, im praying I get my smoker. I spent $800 on a grill and the fact that I have to deal with a shipping company not returning my calls/requests and not knowing what the hell is going on is beyond me. Shame on Lowe’s for using this garbage company.
Scheduled for the evening. While I got it the next morning first thing, there's a reason I scheduled for the evening. I work from home and my mornings in particular are packed with meetings. Also, I have people in the evenings to help me bring stuff in. I'm pretty much alone in the morning.
This company is an absolute joke. They have an automated message call you to schedule a time not giving you the option to speak to a person. When you call the number listed on google maps you can't get a hold of anybody, it just rings forever no matter what option your choose. They had my package in my town for 2 weeks and still has not been delivered. I called the supplier and returned the item and told them I'm not dealing with Ceva.
My shipment from Overstock was scheduled to arrive Friday. Then they changed it to Monday before 1:00. Then they called and said it will be closer to 5. It’s now 5:30 and has not arrived. Called office, she took my info and said someone should call me back before they close at 7.
Awful experience getting a hot tub delivered from a Costco order. Kept getting messages that it was being delivered but it never showed on all 3 occasions. Now it's the weekend and they are closed. Costco says there is nothing they can do.
I wish Google had negative stars to make these reviews more accurate. I have missed important dates for large business responsibilities due to their lack of accurate information, response and professionalism. I've been in the trucking industry and these guys are clowns.
How is this place still in business? Had a delivery window between 10-2 no call finally I call them and they said driver was late, Driver shows up at 7:30 at night cant deliver to address unable to navigate in the dark
I am an eCommerce businessowner and I called in to verify a pick up for 3 pallets from Phoenix to Dallas. They hung up the phone twice after waiting 15 minutes, AFTER already paying for freight. Terrible customer service.
Driver in truck MC 630454 USDOT 1719074 PHX-491 on May 12th 4:05 pm southbound on I-17 and Cactus is texting on his phone in a COMPANY VEHICLE! Driving with a CDL this guy should know better. He was swerving in an out of lanes. Huge liability to the company! I had to gas it and go around him. Got a couple photos of him. Ridiculous nowadays to be a driver and texting especially working for a company and driving a diesel truck.
