Had an appointment last Saturday to have my massage chair delivered no-show no call. After being on hold for an hour and a half finally rescheduled for this past Saturday, December 16 from 9 to 1. At 1:30 I had had enough and called Amazon to see what was going on. While I was on the phone with Amazon, CEVA said they attempted to deliver my package, but yet never came to the door, as I have a Ring doorbell and Blink cameras out front. I also have five dogs that never barked. When I told him this they said oh, we tried to call got no answer. I have no missed calls and no messages on my cell phone. Then I spent almost an hour on the phone with Amazon getting my money refunded. These guys are total scammers probably dropped off my massage chair at their house last week. When you talk to the company, they are friendly, but no apologies made and a basic screw you. They won’t make an extra delivery to your house for their screw up because well basically they can’t deliver anything. If you look at the reviews the are awful. This company has an F rating Who is the Better Business Bureau for never even trying to resolve issues. I am shocked that reputable companies would use them at all. If you’re getting a large item delivered check and see who the delivery service is, if it is CEVA You will never receive your product. Definitely scammers that should be checked out by law enforcement. I wish I could give them -5 stars. They ruined my weekend, two weekends in a row, and then lied about trying to deliver it. I’m not sure why they would be so horrible to me. I was very nice to them on the phone did not scream or yell, no bad words. I really just wanted my massage chair. I am an Amazon prime junkie, but will never order a large bulk item again just in case they use CEVA For delivery again. We all lose in this case.

Worst delivery service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Poor communication. Delays. Awful company.

Had a great delivery! I received a call two days before my delivery letting me know when it would be here. On my scheduled day I received a text letting me know he would arrive in forty minutes. Both guys were great! Got my package off of the truck and even took back the pallet and shrink wrap. Thanks!

Kiki and Kiaj from Lynch Transportation was assigned my delivery from Ceva Transportation. I was their last delivery of the day, and they went above and beyond to handle my massive shipment with care. Great father son duo that believe in next level customer service and care. Highly recommend

Can't get anyone on the phone, call suddenly disconnected after 20 minutes on hold, tracking number error on website. Looks like they dont care too much as reviews are very low.

I would Give zero stars if allowed. Patio furniture was supposed to be delivered Wednesday. They cancelled. Then again on Thursday canceled 2 hours into the delivery window. Don’t ever use them ever. Very unreliable and no concern for people schedules. Highly unprofessional and they just don’t care. Now we wait again for day 3.

I had a shed with two heavy pallets delivered to my house, and the driver, Omar, was communicative (called 20 minutes prior to arrival, which was the first half of my four hour window provided) helpful and courteous when I provided the drop location. Everything went very smoothly with no issues or damage. Thank you!

When we had our business our freight orders through Amazon were with ceva the worst shipper out of the dozens we worked and by far. So we ordered something online and ceva came up as the delivery company and I had to laugh. Well they didn't disappoint scheduled delivery for today and they are a no show missed day of work. All these trucking companies going BK and these clowns somehow survive. Cant wait for the news when truckers show up and cevas doors are locked. I dont usually wish bad things on companies but I have made an exception in this case. Rooting for your failure ceva bad companies need to be eliminated.

HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE. -0 stars!!!! WE received medical beds, delivered to our clinic. Driver, used a pallet jack, dumped them at the front entrance. and proceeded to leave. I realize he DIDNT have toooo help. But we politely asked him to use the pallet jack to move the 628lb delivery by the door so it would be easier and he proceeded to tell me, "NO im NOT helping you!" what the hell? Customer skills, non existent, and simple rules of being a man....Help a woman?? FIRE THIS DRIVER. us 3 ladies ended up doing it ourselves. I wasnt even asking him to bring the pallet into the building....just to literally move it the 45 ft closer to our door. I would never use this company
