I love my visit it was quick and easy and the was very polite and respectful
5 stars on cleanliness and friendliness. No stars for walking 6 steps from the reception desk to wait for an email to fill in basic info. Such as, name. Address, email, phone number, birthdate, and all info scammers will love. Im not sure it was a privacy held communication. Also, their wifi connection had no password, it was wide open. I'd been waiting a while, 15 minutes, with 3 ppl in the area. I asked if I would step outside the door to take care of a quick phone call, could they walk the 20 steps round-trip to tell me it was my turn. They said yes. 25 more minutes after coming in, I get called back. The woman collecting the urine was pleasant and effective. She told me the front desk said I left. That info came from the woman that said she would absolutely let me know it was my turn. 10 minute urine collection took an hour +.
The only reason that I'm giving this business three stars instead of five is because the receptionist had me fill out unnecessary paperwork which delayed me with the initial visit. So that took away one star, the next thing was even though the physical therapist was courteous and polite and very thorough, she forgot to give me a copy of my medical exam which delayed me starting my job. Other than those two things, the building is very clean, everybody was very polite, everybody was very thorough and did their job to the fullest. It was one of the nicest Consentras I've ever been to.
The people are very accommodating and professional. And they are very understanding.thank you and God bless everyon
This Concentra facility was well kept. The waiting area was nice and large. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted you immediately. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and the whole process for the work clearance was smooth and quick. Definitely would recommend this facility for your medical needs.

I had an awesome experience at Concentra. Every staff member was very kind and professional, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor. I also am a hard stick when it comes to blood draws and my nurse got me on the first try! Very refreshing experience compared to bigger urgent care/hospital/clinic facilities where you can feel like just a number or a bother to busy staff.
Nurse Kim Hall is very professional and so accommodating! She is so compassionate on what she does.
The first young lady was very nice when I told her the blood pressure cup hurt my arm she was happy to find a larger one The second young lady that came to recheck my pressure she got a attitude because I told her the cup she had would hurt my arm and she said she did not know where to find a black pressure cup and walked out without even trying to find one so she sent a male nurse to check my pressure The doctor did not seem to care or try to understand my medicine she wanted me to spell all the medicines I was taking and what they were for common sense for a doctor to know but anywho she told me she needed a letter before considering to give me a exam for the medical certification so I will never go back there maybe somewhere else but not the one 14th streett Nashville
