What I like most of all is that you can see the doctor and have your physical therapy right next door it's very convenient, the staff at the Concentra Clinic have a system I noticed that each staff there plays a part to make sure you get the care you need also that physical therapy staff are knowledgeable about getting back to 100 percent to feeling better. All positive, shouts out to Ms. Michelle she's up front, checking in people, answering the phone and helping patients waiting to see the doctor. Keep up the good work team. 💯
Very Kind and Easily Professional Staff. A Warm Welcoming Atmosphere. I’ve visited This Location twice In the last two years, for Employment Requirements and it was the same Enjoyable Experience. Their Medical Professionals are Prompt and have you In and Out, Efficiently.
I came here for employment purposes. The staff were friendly and professional. I experienced both the urgent care front registration and Physical Therapy. Both were great! Thank you!
I visited this location on 01/30/2026 (Friday) around 2:30 in the afternoon, from the front office staff to the back (medical staff) my experience was very pleasant they all was very nice and pleasant. I waited no more than 6-7 minutes in the lobby until they called me to be seen. A young lady well groomed, uniform very clean everything was in tack and I believe her name was Shakeria White was on her game, this young lady answered every question on point and very very polite. I highly recommend this location and I will be back for every visit that I need from Concentra at this location.
Don’t answer the phone, the voicemail says they done take appointments, spent 30$ on an uber to get here, just to be turned away. No tissues in the lobby and the staff was rude
The staff, RNs and Doctors are really nice, they inform you what your tests are and the availability of the results. The facility is very neat and smells clean & has free coffee too 😊💞
greeted as soon as i approached the counter with a huge welcoming smile also my tech greeted me as well with huge smile and explained my visit with me . Both ladies was 10/10 excellent customer service. Very clean place and my room
Very friendly professional people. I had a great experience and would recommend to others. The Doctors and Nurses were great.
The visit was pretty efficient, the front desk staff was very focused on the process of checking in patients and getting things done quickly.
