Concentra Urgent Care

The process was very quick. I went in and was out in a jiffy. Everyone there is so nice and smiling. Literally, from the 2 lovely ladies in the front, to the nurse DJ who draws blood phenomenally, and the doctor. Shane was amazing. Highly recommend. Thanks you guys.

I would give zero stars if possible. I don't know what is going on with Concentra but I've been to more than one location in more than one state all for pre-employment testing and they're all awful. The staff is friendly enough, but it shouldn't take over an hour to wait just to go back for services that shouldn't take more than 10 minutes just to wait again for the provider to sign off. I also had to fill out the same exact form twice. I explained that I had done the electronic form already but the front staff insisted it was different than the paper form. Which it wasn't and since they thought they knew so much better, one would expect them to know that. I'm sure that led to a further delay in going to the back. There are other occupational facilities that are much more efficient, but for some reason, Concentra just can't get it together. I don't ever come here if I'm sick or have any other choice because every time I do I know I'm going to waste 2-3 hours of my life at least.

When I went to a Concentra location for a drug test, the printed document I received displayed my full Social Security Number, date of birth, and driver's license number. However, a friend who visited a different Concentra site received a form that only showed the last four digits of his SSN and a masked driver's license number. Because my document exposes my full personal information, I am not comfortable sending it to my recruiter via text message or email.

I’m actually changing my opinion of this place. Clean facility. Waiting area does get crowded at times, however, I’ve always been seen promptly. Dr. Steele is very nice and takes time to explain the situation and allows you time to ask questions.

I arrived at the Concentra on December 17 at 3:30 PM. I checked in by 3:46 and was waiting in the waiting room till I was called in the back to take my Drug screen it was only three people in the waiting room, waiting ahead of me when I arrived. Long story short after I arrived and checked in seven people had checked in after me keep in mind I got there and checked in at 3:46. I sat there all the way until the store had closed. They stopped taking walk-ins about 445. They was Telling people who came in at 4:45 that they are closing soon. They have to come back tomorrow, but while I was waiting to be called to take my drug screen, those seven people that came in behind me all of them were called to the back before me. I was getting impatient because I came in a little bit early so I could be able to go in and walk out fast enough to where I was able to pick up my kids from daycare which they had to be picked up before 5 PM if I was called to the back in the order as we came in, I would’ve been able to pick up my kids on time and wouldn’t be charged a late fee. soon as they start calling people that came in the door after me, I immediately went to the front desk to the lady who checked those all in and I asked her two simple question. Did the people that just came in the door behind me did they have appointments to be seen? She told me no then I asked her a second question why are the people that came in after me was going ahead of me and she responded that they were seeing the doctor and I wasn’t but not on top of that one of the girls that came right after me she was there for a drug screen too and didn’t have to see a doctor, but she went in front of me. I feel that it’s highly unprofessional to walk in a place of business where no one is given an appointment time to be seen, but also being seen by the order as you arrive was my big issue with Concentra. I asked for customer service to call to make a complaint. They can provide me with that information and then she told me that I could call Cassandra to make a complaint and when I called Concentra, they told me that they don’t do complaints on that number that I called that was given to me that they only help with medical issues only but everyone is employed up on the central with no professionalism in their body. The wait time was too long and unacceptable and I wasn’t seen by the order as I arrived. I was the last person to leave that building at 5:18pm

I’ve been to a lot of Concentra’s in the greater Nashville area over the years for work checkups/ certification. This visit was for the first certification I’ve had to get on my own dime and time and I made sure to come to this location. They’re faster than others, are friendly, and offer great service.

It was smooth and quick no problem at all.
