The staff were fast, friendly, and professional. The MA was very nice, gentle, and patient. The staff had great attitudes. It was a great experience overall. The best concentra that I've ever visited. Thanks and keep up the excellent work.

The two lady’s (Michelle and andra) at the front desk are the kindest and calmest women around. I bring my workers in here for tests and sometimes it can be a handful, especially when they are busy, and they have not once shown me anything but kindness. They deserve a pay raise!
Front desk staff lost all of my pre employment paperwork and took my name off the check in as I sat in the lobby. Noone checked to see why I was there until they were about to close. I figured my screening just took a while to setup but no. All of my information was lost and I had to re do it all. The staff in the back was great once I finally got back there but the organization of this place is pathetic.
I like the people they seem to be people friendly and the wait time is not long.
Some people were on there phone and it took a minute to register..I told the lady that I couldn't register on my phone and she said wait a minute and try it again. After the 3rd time and I showed her my phone she gave me a tablet to register. But the lady doing the drug test greeted me with a smile and was very professional and knowledgeable explained everything, And asked if I had any questions. She made me feel comfortable and not like I was a inconvenience.
If I could do no stars I would. This place is horrible. Do not go here if you are in need of actual care.
Your staffs were really friendly and patients could feel their great interest in workering with people. If every hospital staffs provide that great service to patients or community then thank God we are in the hands of rightfully people.
