Front desk people are very nice and polite. Doctor isn't as much. Dr. Steele didn't spend more than 1 minute, didn't check anything nor even listen my concerns.
In actuality i give the staff 4.5 -6 stars for their professionalism, aptness to assist, physicians knowledge and appearance of genuine concern. I didn't like how it initially seemed most important to get the drug test than to treat my injury. The furniture also needs to be thoroughly cleaned and treated or replaced and then maintained. It (furniture) and the bathroom was filthy.

Wow! Great location. Nice and clean. The staff worked diligent and quick. I came in for a physical for my job and was in and out within an hour.

The employees at the Concentra on 14th Ave in Nashville TN were friendly, efficient and experienced. From front desk employees to the person that conducted the drug test but after the drug test it's been quite the. Lesson in patience. I gave only one star because it has been ten days since I took the drug test and I am still waiting on the Medical Review Officer (MRO) to send my results back to Concentra. On Monday morning I completed the drug test. On Wednesday I called the lab and the specimen was still in transit (FedEx). On Thursday the lab received the specimen. On Friday the MRO (Alere/Abbott Medical) had the results of the drug test. On Tuesday morning the MRO called and asked for information off my prescription bottle. She stated that she wouldn't take emailed pictures of the bottle because people make fake labels. How can someone who creates something as intricate as a fake prescription label not figure out how to give false information over the phone. Weird. She called me back because the information I gave her wasn't enough for her to review my prescription. She told me to email a signed letter from my doctor. I did that and it was still Tuesday morning. Now it's Wednesday, ten days after my drug test and still waiting on the MRO. This is a reflection of Concentra's higher leadership and their poor decisions on who they choose to screen their samples and review their lab results. I haven't worked in ten days to to this. If you have to take a DOT drug test and you are prescribed a medication that causes a non-negative. Go here. It'll be good for you to learn patience. It's the best patience work-out that I've ever had. Thank you, Jesus Christ my Lord.
I'm glad that I came to Concentra for a work related drug test. I went to another facility earlier that day and it was such a hassle. But Concentra made it easy! I didn't need an appointment and I was finished in 10 minutes. I definitely will return if I need similar services.
Had a great experience at the Concentra Urgent Care in Nashville, TN. I was able to get in and out in a decent time, all the staff I encountered were very pleasant. Despite there being lots of patients in the waiting room it was a relatively short wait time.
Everyone is super kind and nice. They seem to really care about your wellbeing and getting you better. They’re very knowledgeable and do a great job!
