Everyone in the clinic was nice and overall I had a pleasant experience. Wait time was much shorter than I expected. Overall it seemed much more efficient than other offices I've visited.
I have to do a DOT physical every year for work. This place was open an hour earlier than I was expecting and everybody was so nice and quick. I was in and out of there less than an hour which is fantastic. I will be coming back here next year.
For the most part the front desk employees were helpful, friendly and expedient. X-ray staff was especially helpful, friendly and adept. Examining clinician was careful, kind and quite thorough in the explanatory phase. Also the staff was quick to provide a necessary wheelchair and even wheeled me to and from the building.
Firstly, if people are going to get texts and have to do it themselves, why do you have receptionist?Secondly, after fighting to do my first set of papers electronically, the second was actually paper. You should stay with one or the other. I am not technologically proficient, and think paper is the better, or should at least be an option. Lastly, I arrived as instructed by my company. I told the lady that the company sent me. She said she has no idea about it. I had to show her my email. Upon seeing it she said she needed a cobe on it. A second person had the same issue. It would seem they should ask if you had a code before saying stuff like I have no ideas about you being here.
Urgent care is a very generic term. It would be great if the website had a list of everything they will not treat you for. Came in with a severe stomach bug and dehydration desperately needing some anti vomiting medicine. Was immediately turned away stating the doctor cannot treat stomach issues. Staff was friendly but I was disappointed

Very friendly staff. However, when a customer comes in with a clearly stated preemployment drug screening order from his/her employer and the facility wants to upcharge and conduct a full physical—when it clearly states on the paperwork to only conduct drug screening, NON-DOT!—this is unacceptable. You are costing unnecessary time and money. See attached screenshot of the order. If concentra attempts to charge me/employer for this error of completion of a physical that was not ordered, we do not intend to pay for it.
Excellent service, fast and efficient. I was already leaving the emergency room in less than 30 minutes.
For years I have used Concentra for my DOT physicals. They have always been friendly and professional. However this time I just wish I was given the option to have the eye exam without my glasses; previously I've done it without. Now I have the restriction on my med card which I'm obligated to wear from this point on when I really don't have to.
Went on Monday morning and the line was extreme!! Thought to myself, this will take forever. The staff there was not only accommodating, polite, and helpful, but they were also extremely efficient. They processed patients in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience at this clinic.
