Concentra Urgent Care

The nurses are amazing and will treat you right but the doctor is very neglecting to listen to anything but his ego. Went there for an allergic reaction I had from work (showed him proof) and he insisted it was heat related. Keep in mind that I'm from Puerto Rico and there's nothing but heat in there and never had this before. Please be aware of this place and don't come here

Drug screen for work purposes. It was crowded. I couldn't find a place to park. When I did get inside it was packed with agitated people waiting for drug tests. One of the ladies at the desk was extremely rude I spent an hour there, exposing myself to God only knows what. I have worked in Social services for close to 40 years. I have seen a lot. I can pretty much be comfortable anywhere.That place made me extremely uncomfortable.. i

Very welcoming office staff / PT’s. In the short week and a half I frequented the facility I observed the staff interact with many patients and they knew each one by name and had developed or started to develop a professional relationship with each one. They really care about helping their patients with their recovery and over all well being. A few of the women have even learned some simple spanish to help accommodate the variety of patients they see. They strive to make their patients feel welcome comfortable, heard, understood and get them back into the work force as safely and quickly as they can. If I need physical therapy in the future I know exactly where I will be going.

The doctor there made me have to go through an unnecessary extra hurdle just to be able to work a job, with medication I don't take during work hours.

So I hurt myself at the gym this morning and my back is in supreme pain I go to check in and I asked him hey can I see somebody cuz my back hurts, and the response was we have a 3-hour wait because we have too many physicals in front of us. I guess I learned today that urgent care doesn't triage

No one should have to wait 2 plus hours to get a urinalysis done. Once this was accomplished the NP had my eye checked out and meds ordered in under 20 min.

The care providers once you get past reception are phenomenal, kind, patient, and very personable. As a Black woman, I found it highly concerning that the All-Black female reception team at the front desk were the rudest and most disrespectful part of my visit. I came in at 9AM for a job physical and did not leave until past 11AM not because of overflow or long queue but because the receptionist tried to turn me away to the drug testing center for my physical based on false information that could’ve potentially cost me the job opportunity seeing as I traveled over two hours and needed to get things completed that same day. I then waited for hours and had to redo paperwork because she tried to get me to pay for the physical and even after I notified her that my HR representative was sending her an email clarifying the matter. One of the receptionists would not even acknowledge me and took other customers over me for no reason at all other than being evil without provocation. The other receptionist did not look for the email until I inquired about hours later after waiting. I do not know what’s wrong with people in this day and age, but I pray that God rids the Earth of all these demonic and evil spirits roaming around. These trials and tribulations just for trying to get a job and be a productive member of society are absolutely insane. Never once was I rude or did I ever do anything to deserve the treatment I was given by reception.

I came in for urine drug screen. Did not bring my phone in with me because it wouldn’t be needed. After an hour of sitting there I asked the front desk was a messsage sent to my phone or what was going on with the wait. She replied yes. I asked if it was ok for me to leave the building because it was a urine drug screen and she said yes. On my phone was for me to complete my regestration. I know employees could see that I was checked in for an hour and not one time did anyone come see what was taking so long. Once I completed registration within 15 minutes I was done.

If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend Elizabeth Meier at this Concentra location or wherever she may be located. She works with great care but also makes sure you progress along timely. I've been going twice a week for 4 months for a torn bicep tendon and she's been amazing through my whole process! The others in this office are also extremely friendly and helpful

I was sent to this facility for my pre-employment vaccines and titers. Everyone on the staff from the front desk workers to the nice lady who did my blood draw and vaccine were just wonderful! Thank you all for being so kind.
