Concentra Urgent Care

I went there for a pre-employment screening and when I happened to get there the line was so long. I immediately thought I would be there all day. However, that’s the only reason why I wouldn’t give it five stars.( Standing outside of the building in a line in the heat). Despite having higher than expected volume of patients that day (according to the staff) they had a very systematic and organized process in place professional, competent, friendly and timely! I was there for just over an hour. I will definitely consider going there again for any medical needs if I’m in that area and I would recommend them as well

The service was pretty fast. The nurse who attended to me was extremely kind. He was funny and made the visit much more pleasant. He realized I was claustrophobic and quickly helped to allow me to take the hearing test with doors open.

Had to visit Concentra this morning. The staff was very friendly, understanding and professional. The receptionist offered snacks while we waited. They got us back within 5 minutes of arrival and X-rays taken shortly after. Ms. Henderson was very good at explaining everything and providing referrals close by. I can see why this place has such high reviews. I highly recommend. The place was clean, quick and friendly.

Each visit was a very nice and pleasant experience. The receptionist, and the nurses were always so kind and professional. Dr. Steele is also very professional and understanding

This Concentra was very clean and the lady at the front desk was also very respectful and nice. She also helped with the online request that needed to be submitted. The lady that did my urine test was very kind and very respectful as well. And the wait was not that long. Thanks Concentra for a job well done. You earn your⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to do a DOT physical every year for work. This place was open an hour earlier than I was expecting and everybody was so nice and quick. I was in and out of there less than an hour which is fantastic. I will be coming back here next year.

Everyone in the clinic was nice and overall I had a pleasant experience. Wait time was much shorter than I expected. Overall it seemed much more efficient than other offices I've visited.

I was told to go take a UA testing for a job at the last minute on NYE morning. I arrived at the facility and the front of house staff I would rate 9 out of 10 equivalent to four stars. However the back of house staff member is the reasoning for the 1. She called me back after I sitting in lobby drink water for 30mins. I went into the bathroom to perform my UA took longer that I normally do , due to me already using the bathroom at home. Nevertheless, once completed I approached the staff member with my sample, and she looked at it and said, “Umm, the temperature is only 92 degrees. Even if I ran it through the system, it wouldn’t register.” I responded, “Okay, let’s see.” However, she refused and poured my sample out in the sink. I then asked if I could sit in the lobby and continue drinking water, to which she agreed. She had me sign a form and wait in the lobby. I sat there for 2.5 hours, drinking water. During that time, she didn’t check on me once, even though she came out several times to call other patients back. As a caregiver for my father, who has dementia, I had left him at home, thinking this process wouldn’t take long. By this point, I had been at the facility for about three hours. I was also in contact with the company conducting the drug test, keeping them informed of the situation and letting them know I might need to leave temporarily to check on my father but could return afterward. Ultimately, I decided to leave to ensure my father was okay. Before I even got home, I received an email from the company informing me that my job offer had been rescinded. It became clear the staff member had no intention of calling me back; instead, she likely sent the paperwork I had signed as soon as I left. This experience was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional, and I felt completely disregarded. I also felt lied to because after doing research she most definitely could have tested my urine. If she’s would have took into fact that I left out the house with out a jacked but I had a sweater on, however the temperature was 36 also, it was cold in the facility and I had the chills because I was freezing and that it wasn’t a lot of Urine. All those things would have made my UA temp a little lower then normally. 92 degrees is on the low end but my body temp was also on the low end!! For these reasons, I rate this location a 1. I have never been treated so poorly.

Screwed up my paperwork 3 times for a DOT Physical and was waiting over an hour and a half before I was seen. The Physical and staff doing the Physical and testing were great. Front desk needs to stay focused on what is going on better.

My second time visiting Concentra Urgent Care. I'm please to mention that on both occasions the service was impressive. The staff was friendly, professional and do their best to not have people wanting for a long time. I commend both the staff up-front and the ones in the back.
