No workers other than who seemed to be the manager cared, unclean and took a long time to make a simple small blizzard.
Just came through the drive through trying to order a flamethrower burger and when I got to the window the girl at the window informed me that they didn't have flame thrower sauce I said ok that's fine and asked what sauces they do have. She looked at like a deer in headlights and with attitude said that they just didn't have the sauce. So I asked my question again and she asked the manager and the manager came the window with a rude attitude asking me what I wanted. I asked the question again and he just looked at me like I was stupid for asking so I decided to cancel my order. There are also homeless harassing customers in the drive thru. Highly don't recommend this location. Until they are better staffed
I generally LOVE DQ. I have been going to DQ since I was in the 4th grade in Texas. Too many yrs ago. Lol But the service is going downhill, as well as the quality of the food, sometimes. We went for a special on the ice cream cones, $1.00 off the chocolate dipped. They were running out of the chocolate and the dipping was pathetic and barely any chocolate. Plus they had a change of policy and no longer take Amex. My best friend and I have been going there for a long time and always use Amex. Yet, all of a sudden, it's no longer accepted. They quite often are unaware of the specials in the app or coupon specials, leaving them low on supplies. This trip was a disappointment. I have had good experiences with them, so this time just let me down, because they just had no true empathy for the pathetic product they handed out. As a business, you should be proud of every item you sell. It represents your brand.
No one ahead of us. Good job taking order. Costly for what we got. Banana splits weren't made as expected but more like a sundae. The girl was very good at her job.
Even though they had the ingredients to make a Banana Split, they wouldn't make me a Banana Split Blizzard. It's the only Blizzard I have ever gotten at any Dairy Queen I have ever been to... including this location. I am supremely disappointed with this level of service. It is not very likely that I will return to the Dairy Queen.
We won’t be going again, I ordered a banana split with extra pineapple, when I got it the pineapple was so spoiled it was sour and burning on my tongue.. I went back in to get a refund and I watch an employee packing an order, she stuck her bare hands in the fries to pick them up and put them in the bag, after just dealing with a different order bare handed. Do not recommend at all.
They be having attitude when on the intercom and do not give you a chance to finish your order. Then I ordered a simple cheeseburger bacon deluxe with nothing on it but meat and cheese and they still did it wrong . They forgot the bacon and added mustard. Came back to them to redo my order and again forgot my bacon. I just got so frustrated and gave it to my dog .
So z for effort, even after talking directly to the manager and I guess cook and explained no cheese, 30 mins and 3 orders later. All the meals came with cheese. I guess customer service is terrible. Maybe it will improve, manager did correct the issue so they get a Strong D
It's not just this place. There simply is not much "fast" food anymore. Today it was over 15 minutes for a dipped cone and a small coke. For fun, they waited 5 minutes to ask for my order by yelling "hello?! You there?! Hello?!!" And they don't take American Express lol. (Throw back commercial for you oldies like me)
Great ice-cream.... however, selecting to visit close to closing leads to extremely long lines. Even with the note on the speaker asking for patience, it still doesn't explain 45 minute wait times... the inside is closed so it would appear that staff could solely focus on drive-thru but wait times are still long. So therrlefore the rating is mediocre.
