The best for food and soft chocolate cone!

I already contacted corporate about the situation. To sum it up, I ordered 2 large oreo brownie blast blizzards on the mobile app. One of them I added cheese cake and Carmel sauce. The other one, I added peanut butter cups. I got to the restaurant and was told nothing was made because they were out of cheese cake and peanut butter cups. I subbed the cheese cake for the butter finger and the peanut butter cups for more brownies. Not only was there no lids. But when I got home there was no brownie in either blizzard. And the extra brownie I asked for was subbed out for reeses pieces. I really wish I could find a DQ that's good anymore. As expected, corporate pushed me along, gave me a pat on the back, and have a good night email. The only reason I rate DQ 3 stars is because it's really one of my childhood favorites. Its just disappointing how bad they have gotten. Edit, as stated in the beginning I did contact corporate here is a picture of the email. Please read entire complaint before responding.

Horrible customer service. We moved to Florida from the Midwest, and I feel like every business here has a requirement that you must have an attitude with the customer or you're not allowed to work there. We went here at 7:20pm on a Monday. The lobby doors were open(unlocked). The girl sees us and says 'lobby's closed' .... I asked if I could order inside or if I had to go through drive through and she said drive through, there's no drawers up here. I asked what the normal lobby hours are just so I know. She said "isn't there a sign on the door?". No. The unlocked door we came in had no sign. And the front door had a sign listing EVERY DAY lobby hours the same as drive through: until 10pm. So why was lobby closed? No idea. I ended up going through the drive through anyway... My kids wanted twist ice cream with sprinkles and a dilly bar. Not surprised when I was told 'we're out of dilly bars and only have vanilla ice cream". I paid with a card, and when she gave me the receipt and my card back I said "thank you". No 'you're welcome' back. No words at all - barely looked at me. When I was given my blizzard [the only thing I ordered] I said thank you, and she again said NOTHING. I will check this place off of the ever growing list of fast food and restaurants in Jacksonville I'll never return to. No thanks. P.S. Burger King across the street at least was polite, even though they didn't even know if they had ice cream when I asked. smh

Blizzard was great and the cashier flipped the Blizzard like she was supposed to. I applaud her for delivering the Dairy Queen experience as I haven't had that in a while. Fast service. I would recommend associates upselling I would've ordered more .

I love Dairy Queen ice cream, but the last 3 times we went to the store, the service was very slow to answer the intercom. We had to wait until we got to the window to place our order. Management needs to fix the service before people stop coming.

I ordered a medium banana blizzard. The first one I received it was served with an over ripened banana. I told the girl this was I acceptable, pls make a new one. She make a new one never blended the bananas with the ice cream, sliced the banana in uneven chucks. Never will I return again. I had 4 pieces of a half of banana. People work had for their money, what a waste of time going there.

Toya is so professional and has great customer service. She shows a lot of dedication to DQ located on Cesery. The store is clean for it to be in this particular area with a lot of drug addicted people. I never see lingering folks outside of DQ. The parking lot be clean. And she handles her customers with respect no matter their appearance and she is upfront never misleading about what is not in stock even if that'll turn a customer away. I love the integrity she has. When the ice machine was down she was upfront about not having any, I just came in today heard that there is a whole new ice machine. Thank goodness. I love eating ice this place is convenient for me to eat at & I think Toya may deserve a higher pay or vacation paid or something to show DQ appreciates her hard work n dedication. I believe that's her personality not just a duty she prides herself on doing as a job to keep money. THANKS TOYA, such a sweet spirit

I always gets some sort of blizzard or cone and large French fries. Fries are always hot, need a little salt but good. Blizzards have plenty mix ins. The staff is JUST there to work. Not there to be friendly and seem a little annoyed you arrived but they do there job and that can’t be disputed. The drive through and parking need some asphalt laid or hole fillers bc 2x I’ve hit my bumper just slow rolling to drive through. It’s in an area where businesses stop caring about cleanliness so it’s not cheerful or bright and looks like the whole area need to be washed and renewed but it still offers the expected menu items of ice cream, burgers, chicken, fries etc and I don’t spend more than $10 a person. If it’s a matter of easy access I would recommend bc it’s only a mile away but otherwise I would drive further for a better experience.

Correction. Not even fudge, taste like hersheys. Definitely not worth $8. Go to the dreamette or literally any other establishment. Explained my order three times. Ice cream with dipped chocolate over top in a cup. Still couldn’t get it right and gave me hot fudge. Gave up and left.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The girl taking the order wouldnt even talk to let us know she had taken down the items we were ordering. And the blizzards were Watery! Thats the worst part . I want the upside down thick soft serve Dairy Queen is known for! I worked for Dairy queen as a teen and this attitude and quality wouldve been unnaceptable. I get it if maybe you lack customer service skills but at least care about the quality your serving bc that speaks of the brand. You should care . Ice cream is here to make people happy not dissapointed Update :when i went a couple weeks ago on december 5th a girl named Brittney made us the best most perfect Blizzards . She needs to be training everybody because she knows exactly what shes doing. An exceptional employee with outstanding customer service skills.
