No workers other than who seemed to be the manager cared, unclean and took a long time to make a simple small blizzard.
I came to get a couple blizzards and they didn’t get my order correctly. But most of all, the ice cream tasted like spoiled milk. I tried to call and tell them but the phone just rang and rang and no one answered. I live 1 minute from this Dairy Queen but I will never come here again.
The service has greatly improved at this location. I only ordered a cone at the drive-thru. I've given up on Blizzards at this DQ because what I get is a cup with Blizzard the top half and plain ice cream the bottom half.
The worst experience. Kids running the show. Had to pull up because they were waiting on the curds. 4 cars got their food no problem while we sat there and waited. Once the food finally came out, there was barely barely any bacon on my burger... I won't ever go back to that DQ...
This local has gone down hill. They first started to give our items to someone else then gave it to us. Which they did not serve the blizzard upside down, and when I asked him about it. He said they are supposed to but he was to busy, and turned around. The blizzards were all half melted also. If they would have tried the blizzards would have fell out. The manager on duty was stand behind the counter and did not even say a word. I do not recommend coming to this local. Darius was the one at the register. They were not even wearing their mask correctly. We walked out and did not take all our items, cause I told them I was not going to take a melted blizzard. They did not even offer to remake any. It was not until I walked back in and asks for corporate number did the manager get involved. He said he was sorry, and was trying to train a new person. That is no excuse for the melted blizzards. The manager was right there when all this happened and did not want to get involved then, he only offered a refund or to remake after I said I was going to call corporate.
Okay guys here we go when visiting Dairy Queen everyone knows there is a wait which DQ is worth waiting for from time to time my family which there is four of we all wanted the $7 meal deal since they don’t have the cheese sauce they refused to make the meals then I over heard one employee this ain’t Burger King you can’t your way WHAT REALLY??? I can see why they never have customers the employees are ridiculously rude and extremely immature babies running a business will run it into the ground faster than bankruptcy just saying
It's a 50-50 shot that you will get good food. It is a 100% shot that you will get really bad service. I met one decent guy here and he seemed to be on something. Don't get me wrong he was extremely nice but he was most definitely high. However, I guess this place lowers your expectations for fast food. Because it is most definitely not that. I cannot explain enough on how you should not go here. Great job Dairy Queen
Honestly the worst 🤦🏻♀️ My friend and I went to the drive thru, waited 15 minutes in line told them we had two separate orders (one for a blizzard and the other order for two blizzards) they told me they don’t take separate orders in the drive thru, by the way it’s not rocket science to do so. So I told him I’d just go inside. We parked, walked up to the doors, and the lobby was CLOSED! So obviously I got upset and I left. Definitely the most lazy and ridiculous service I could have experienced so far.
My first time at this location because I just moved from Orange Park and I am very pleased with my service and my food. The manager for the night took care of me and he was very friendly. My food was delivered to my table quickly and it was extremely fresh. They werent busy so I was pleasantly surprised that my food wasnt served to me cold from sitting from their rush. The gentleman taking care of me noticed I was done eating and was making my blizzard before I even had to ask for it. I cant comment on the service of the rest of the crew but this manager is great. I love Dairy Queen so hopefully the service stays like this!
This location sucks! I ordered 2 blizzards and both the wrong ones. Then proceed to have to wait 25 mins to get my food. While waiting I watched a dude grab his Junk and walk up to the window while sagging and thought it would be funny to tell me it’s gonna be $500 for my food. There was at least 7 team members there standing around talking. Won’t be back !!
