Blizzard go to place...always packed in the drive thru after 7pm. Ran inside, was able to order and get in and out before the line moved outside.
Last night our cashier made our experience absolutely wonderful. She is young, has braces and energetic, professional and friendly. I wish I knew her name because she truly deserves sincere gratitude from her manager and company. The other employees were also friendly and professional. Thank you for an excellent experience
Had the worst experience at Dairy Queen very unprofessional the lady at the window had an attitude and slammed the window & said bye when we had a question about the order. I understand working in fast food can possibly be hard because that’s all you have to offer . But if you don’t like your job other places down the street is hiring.
Great staff today . June27th 5:45. Guy at window was helpful and smart. Lady maybe, supervisor? , very nice, let me know the salad was made fresh - it actually really was and so delicious. Thanks for the quality experience .
The Absolute Worst Food, Service and Professionalism. Simple order of 2 chocolate extreme blizzard vs what we received. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and a few brownie pieces, Not Mixed at all. The reply when she handed us the blizzards was, quote " It's all in there" end quote. I will never ever return to this store as long as I may live or until they can get it together. Sorry excuse for a business.
When the girl didn't flip either of our blizzards (season confetti and seasonal strawberry), I knew it was gonna be trash. We weren't gonna cause a scene because we thought that was a weird gimmick, but we definitely should have called them out. They were less thick than milkshakes, much less blizzards. Lesson learned. We won't go back to that one, but we're fat, so we'll probably go to the others.
Failed to disclose that their blizzard machine is not working properly. After payment was collected, the cashier then told us that it would take like 5 minutes for their machine to make the blizzard and if we’d like you to park and wait. Which we did. After waiting about 10 minutes, the guy came out and brought 2 soft ice cream. How can you proudly serve your customer their ordered blizzards with soft served ice cream? That’s some embarrassing customer service right there. Are you proud of yourself?
The bathroom is a little bit of trouble. You have to pick the door up to close it,and to pick it up to get out of the bathroom. The Blizzards are super yummy! I recommend the brownie dough! Other then a bathroom that needs to be updated. Please go get the Icecream.
Tired of giving garbage places a new shot after a few years. 4 years later and this DQ is still the worst managed ever. How do you run out of 4 of the most popular blizzard toppings?? Poor management all the way. Called other locations and this is the only one out. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR GAS COMING HERE!!! NO ONE HERE OR IN UPPER MANAGEMENT CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. Lived close for over 20 years and it's been over 15 since we had a good experience. Most that live close drive to other locations.
Literally pulled up and seen a group of people mainly females sitting around laughing and having the time of their lives and when we tried to walk into the store they literally didn’t lift a finger or get up to say anything and the doors were locked, I see why the store is closed literally doing nothing with their lives ! So I left & came to the one on university and we was served within 5 mins and I’m now enjoying my ice cream! As a business owner I do no recommend the location on Merrill rd ever!!!!
