James delivered the self-lifting gravity recliner one-time, set it up, gave a short tutorial on the controller, and very knowledgeable on the rental agreement. He was polite and generally concerned about my wife's surgery. It's been a very smooth experience.

I recently received delivery of a rental lift recliner. James and Aron did a great job setting up the recliner exactly in the position I wanted and spent lots of time explaining how to operate the chair.
