Worst broker ever I have worked with very unprofessional staff very rude have tons of attitude. They don’t try to resolve things about detention and layovers. They just want you to Cover their load without paying. Never going to pick up their load in future if you wanna pick up their load, just make sure to discuss The detention and layovers beforehand otherwise they’ll put you in a worst situation where they don’t pay you and still want You to deliver the load.
The worst brokerage ever! They will lie to you to earn your business and then will screw you over. Their VP Jon is the most irresponsible and unprofessional individual I have ever met! Dear customers and carriers do not deal with this brokerage! Save yourself time and health!

Trying to book a load with the Fitz Mart LLC and they didn’t give me the load because I have glider kit Peterbilt made by Fitz Gerald in order to get a load. You’re supposed to have beautiful picture of your VIN number and I do not have this one. This is complete bizarre situation and the gentleman told me that I’m not gonna use you I’m gonna find another guy who has better Truck or who has a picture of the Vin number is complete crazy situation.
