Booked a load with Will Owen. Driver arrived at the receiver at 11PM for midnight appt. The delivery place was closed and for sale, not operating at all. All the shipments are being redirected to different location in neighboring city. Our afterhours team tried to reach broker but had no luck. Driver delivered to different location as he was instructed. Broker is refusing to pay for extra stop / miles / time arguing we never waited for broker's confirmation to deliver to different location.
We have been working with Andrew at FitzMark for almost 2 years now and we always have an outstanding experience. He is always prompt on answering, helpful, and understanding -which not a lot of brokers are these days. He is very detailed on the load info and always gets us a fair market rate. There were times where we have run into issues such as "delays/detention/ TONU's "-as it is common in this business and his communication and resolution throughout the process was always great. Overall, we give this company a well-deserved 5 stars for their exceptional service and professionalism wish other brokerage companies have those values. Highly recommended!

I will never again give my loads to this brokerage company. I had an experience that opened my eyes to what is going on in the brokerage industry, and it was shocking to me. Very disappointing experience overall. It’s a shame for the industry to have people like Carl Carruther. He is rude to dispatchers, rude to drivers, and added hidden fees that customers were never informed about—extra profit for him, but no value for us as customers. At the very least, he should learn how to communicate respectfully, act professionally, and treat people with basic decency.
