I have been trying to call for days now and I can not get a single person on the line, it's just robot after robot and full messages or either it's not set up. This is ridiculous I need to speak with a person not a computer.

This is the absolute worse department of health and family services. They don’t want to work, don’t want to help you, never answer the phone, and drag their feet on their obligation. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such an institution. Throw the whole DFCS away🚮
