easy to sign up and easy to cancel the 7 day trial which i used instead of paying $30 for car fax. nice because of the unlimited access when buying used cars
Once you use GoodCar services, they will automatically enroll you in a subscription. It may not be disclosed during checkout, but apparently they send you an email stating that you’ve been registered for automatic renewal after 7days. GoodCar also does not send you a text message about the automatic subscription. From 1.95 to 29.95
Service did not work as promised but Aaron was able to help me with a refund
I was unexpectedly signed up for an unlimited plan after the 7-day plan ended, and found out about that surprising monthly afterwards. The customer service eventually worked with me to provide a refund of the unlimited plan since I didn't use the service after the 7-day plan ended, but the terms may still unclear. Beware, but they seem like a legitimate company.
Misled into a subscription when I thought I was paying a one time fee for a reverse lookup for license place to vehicle owner. 7 days later, Goodcar billed me $30 for a subscription and won't refund the payment, despite the fact I only looked up one vehicle (and did not get the information they led me to believe that I would get).
Aaron was incredibly helpful with my account issues. He was patient, professional, and made the whole process much less stressful. He took the time to understand the problem, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly to get things resolved. What stood out most was his friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate Aaron’s support.
Had a problem with my account and one of the representative (Jasper) fixed my problem in minutes. I like the service "GoodCar" provides, Infor is reliable and will use it again in the future.
Contacted customer service regarding billing as I didn’t want to have a recurring monthly payment for a one time search, Jasper assisted me with cancellation it was quick & easy. This service is not free it’s $29 per month after free trial.
Five stars for Gle-an from customer support, for excellent customer service. I had a billing issue, and Gle-an personally worked with me for many days, until they were able to resolve this matter. Regrettably, I was impatient and rude, but Gle-an remained calm, kind, patient, determined, and respectful throughout it all. I was very happy with the outcome of this situation and I would use Goodcar again just because of this fantastic experience with your support member Gle-an. Thank you Gle-an and I’m so sorry again! 😩
KC was extremely helpful when I kept getting server errors and unresponsive pages. He linked the report I was looking for and created a temp password for me to get me in easily
