I needed to check a vin in a hurry. Goodcar came up when I was doing a Carfax lookup. Goodcar is a great alternative especially with price. The process to unsubscribe dealing with customer service was easy and quick. A++ rating on the customer care and service!

I reached out after noticing a charge had been applied even though I had already requested the cancellation of my account. Cyril promptly resolved the issue, removed the charge, and confirmed the cancellation. Quite unhappy with having to spend time on this, but very happy with the excellent customer service.
After talking for a bit, they satisfied my needs. They were able to refund my accidental billing charged!

This company is a scam. They sign you up for a subscription with you realizing and then give you a hard time when you try to cancel and get a refund.
