I walked in and was called out half way down the aisle and told I could not wear my packpack purse. The lady told me that I had to keep it in my car or she would hold on to it, Nope! There were several women that walked in with over sized purses and she did not call them out just me. I just came from another goodwill and wasn't told anything about not being able to have my bag. Won't be back to this location. I
Dirty store and employees are rude
Store is unclean. The manager doesn't wear her mask properly (under her chin). They don't abide by their prices. Bags and backpacks are $5.99 unless otherwise marked. I brought a backpack to the front counter for purchase. The manager told the cashier to charge me $12.99 I won't return to this store. I would leave zero Stars if I could.
Goodwill is large with a good selection. I know my purchases are helping those in need. Look out at the front desk. Their items have color coded price tags. They will have 50% off a certain color. Each week a different color will be 50%off. Once a week they will have 50% off all donated items in the store. Sign up for specials.
The manager her name Cheny is rude
Great store and amazing staffs. They always do their best to locate any item and/or answer any question. This Goodwill Bedford location always put their customers first and such beautiful act of service will inspire more customers to patronize them and/or donate to the greater cause of the establishment.
I believe I may have found my new go-to Goodwill store. It was love at first sight as I was able to find some pretty nice bargains. Also, customer service was at its best! Kudos to Carla and Felicia! Keep up the good work ladies.
This goodwill store has a lot of goodies but has a real problem. There is a certain family that sits in the store the whole day harrasing other shoppers. This family are in good rapport with the stuffs and even seems to know what is being rolled out prior. I have witnessed them pushing around some senior citizens there who are trying to shop too. When a cart is rolled out, they push everybody around to get to the cart, especially when they have been told the content of the cart by the stuff prior. This kind of gesture us totally unacceptable especially when they desrespect seniors. In most cases they dont even buy all the stuff they collect. They even help the stuffs to reshelved the items left in the carts that earns them favor with the stuffs

Store staff is awesome! New manager doing okay! But I agree with other reviews that guy in the back taking donations is a pain. Very picky about what he will accept and not sure that he know that 90% of his shoppers are female
