Booked a load from Des Moines, IA to Burlington, IA. Driver arrived and was told the two pickup numbers we had from this broker were incorrect. I contacted Hometown immediately and after 2 hours of waiting the shipper closed. All because this broker failed to get a pickup appointment. I was offered $50 for a TONU. After I complained, they came up to a whopping $100.
Leo Rocks!!!! I worked with Leo Delaney and I wish more brokers were like him. Fast to respond, proffessional, respectful and trustworthy. I highly recommend Hometown Logistics!!!
