NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPNAY, Booked a load with Jason English We had a very disappointing experience with this broker. After loaded with this load, we were at delivery location on time and stuck for a full day waiting for them to unload us . We were promised a layover payment, but when it came time to settle up, they completely ghosted us. No communication, no explanation.
These guys are TOPS!!!! They were a broker for us in a load last week. We found them easy to work with, attentive to our concerns and were available if we needed them. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I just recently worked with Rick W. I had a very positive experience. My load paid a good rate and it was very well scheduled out for a good weekend run to the west coast. We haved moved multiple loads for Hometown, i am looking forward to moving more freight in the near future for this great brokerage.
Ran a load for this company, driver arrived before appointment time on both ends while complying with the tracking requirements. Time spent at the receiver ended up rolling into two hours of detention time which is understandable because this is trucking. Turned in BOL with in and out times signed by the receiver. When detention request was made we received no response via email or phone. It has now been five days and still nothing. Thank you Hometown Logistics.
