I had a wonderful time dining there for brunch. Our server, Andri Susanto, was so kind and thoughtful. He helped us take great pictures of us at the table and showed us another dining area for future bookings. We loved the food and had a great experience. Would definitely bring people there!
Okay it is a little tricky to get to but besides that, this hotel is amazing!! Class all the way. Arberto was our front desk clerk and he went the extra mile. The views from the lobby at the 70th floor are so breathtaking. Our room was first class. Wish we could stay longer but only here to attend a concert at Crypto.com
True luxury experience at a beautiful property! The room was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The service was top notch at every turn. Special thanks to Jereal who helped me track down a missing package and was always waiting at valet with a smile and helping hand. Can’t wait to come back!
Jordan B was so nice and welcoming when we checked in. This is a high end hotel. Rooms are very nice. Service and amenities are excellent. We booked with chase sapphire reserve which got us a lot of perks and extras.
A true five star hotel experience. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the US. The views are amazing from the top floors. And I really enjoyed having the lounge with the available drinks and food. Service is top notch and every person you encounter from the valet to the elevator greeters to the lobby and to the restaurants, they are all friendly and going out of their way to take care of you. And they do a good job in recognizing status and loyalty. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern but warm. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Los Angeles.
We had a wonderful stay, and Jordan B. made the experience even better. She upgraded our room, provided all available amenities and vouchers, arranged a late checkout without us asking, and gave us helpful information about the hotel, restaurants, and property amenities. Because of her excellent service, I will definitely come back in the future.
The Intercontinental in downtown LA was incredibly hospitable to our family during our layover from Beijing. We arrived around 8 a.m., well before check-in, and Angel and Amy welcomed us with genuine warmth, helping us get settled quickly. Their calm, friendly demeanor made all the difference after a long journey, their beautiful smiles didn’t hurt either. Beyond the exceptional check-in experience, the hotel’s views are truly unmatched. After a delicious brunch and a much needed rest, we enjoyed cocktails, great food, and a stunning sunset at the lobby bar. Access to the Executive Lounge was another wonderful perk and a perfect way to unwind. Definitely looking forward to returning to this location very soon.
It was my first time staying at the Intercontinental and it did not disappoint! The service was above and beyond, and was noticed amongst both my boyfriend and I. From the moment we checked in, Sammy was extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating. It really set the tone for the rest of our trip and she set a high standard for service. We’ve stayed at several places but my boyfriend and I both said to ourselves that most places do the bare minimum, while the service here showed thoughtful care. We enjoyed our time so much that we decided to extend our stay and the excellent service was upheld throughout our stay. Brianda was kind and professional in ensuring our extended stay was a smooth and effortless transition!
We stayed here for two nights, and although we had bathroom issues in our first room, Alberto at the front desk completely turned our experience around. He kindly upgraded us to a better room on a higher floor and gave us rooftop drink vouchers as well. What could have been a bad experience became one of our best memories in LA. Thank you, Alberto, for your outstanding hospitality!
Fantastic stay at the Intercontinental DTLA. Great facility with great views. In particular, Albert (a bellman) demonstrated outstanding hospitality in helping me navigate multiple bulky bags — and ensuring that I made it from the hotel into my Uber XXL as smoothly and friendly and upbeat as possible.
