InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown by IHG

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. The hotel itself was excellent, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Karla was incredibly welcoming and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Jerrod was always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with valet services. Brian A. went above and beyond helping with our luggage and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. All three were genuinely kind, attentive, and did everything possible to make our visit enjoyable. Their outstanding customer service made a great stay even better. We truly appreciate their efforts and look forward to staying here again.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The property itself is stunning the views of the city are absolutely unmatched, and the location is perfect for exploring everything Downtown LA has to offer. However, the real highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Alberto at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Not only was he incredibly informative and helpful with my questions about the hotel and the local area, but his humor and positive energy were a breath of fresh air. It is rare to encounter someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the guest experience. Alberto is a true all-star and a massive asset to the team at the InterContinental. He made my trip much more memorable, and I’ll definitely be looking forward to my next stay. Stayed two nights for a work trip. I was upgraded to a corner room which was appreciated as well as they honored an early check in for me at 11am. The rooms were nice. Love location and convenience. The bellhop held a delivery for me and was super helpful as I needed to load it for a work event nearby. I’d definitely stay again.

The InterContinental Downtown LA is spectacular. The experience is incredibly high-tech, which makes the stay seamless and modern. The 70th-floor lobby is the heart of the hotel; I highly recommend enjoying a drink there in the afternoon to take in the views. Even though I only visited the sauna and steam room in the mornings, they were spectacular and a great way to start the day. The service is unbeatable—everyone is genuinely attentive to your needs. The daily housekeeping is spotless, and the hotel is perfectly suited for groups and children. It’s a place that truly delivers on its promise of luxury

Truly felt like royalty during my stay here, what an absolute delight! The views are breathtakingly gorgeous and the hotel's splendor is truly impressive. You definitely feel pampered and indulged in the realm of luxury. The room service was exceptional and encountered a very attentive staff.

My friends and I had a great stay and absolutely loved the views from the lobby and rooftop bar. The rooftop bar was recommended by one of the engineers, Miguel who also helped us resolve our Chromecast issue. The hospitality and quick response to our service request were second to none. Within minutes of putting in the request, our TV was fixed, and the recommendations for places around the city made our trip even better than expected. We would definitely return again. The level of service and hospitality truly stood out and made the experience memorable. Miguel’s smile is also something to remember my friend said! Lol

I had an exceptional experience at the IHG Intercontinental Downtown LA, and was truly impressed with the level of service, kindness, and professionalism I received from the entire team. At check-in and check-out, I was greeted by Steve, who was truly a joy to talk to and he made sure I felt welcome and fully satisfied with my stay. Then, after an unexpected issue with my room, the management team of Emerson and Karim, as well as Manny at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and that I was taken care of for the inconvenience. And that means so much more to me than the issue itself… because sometimes things happen… what’s most important is how we respond to them. From the hotel itself to the entire team who works there… I had an exceptional experience, and will not hesitate to book another stay in the future. My absolute highest recommendation.

I had a last minute change on my business trip that required I find a hotel while driving to an event already in progress. On the road I used an App to book the hotel with The IC and when I arrived the hotel was a dream! As you pull in to the entry you are greeted by professional, kind and respectful staff. They were so happy to load our things and take them to our room. It was all inclusive. Was limited on time so the booking was all very last minute. Once checked in, Jonathan C was by far the best host I have ever worked with. He was attentive, thoughtful and took care of all the little details needed to get my things checked and back on the road for our event. I have stayed at many location for work the last several years and this is my #1 favorite place to stay in LA. All of the staff were very professional and pleasant to interact with. The rooms are all incredibly elegant and larger.
