Charles holding with kemper is the worst agent you could deal with. Will not answers your calls, texts, and emails. Took a year of fighting and litigation to get his initial payout from 2700 all the way to needing a new roof for 12k which is obvious this was correct from day one. Finally they reluctantly paid, but crooks when it comes to additional charges, that they told the roofer to do. So basically they tell the roofers to do something on MY dime. I would’ve bought a 25 dollar tarp and did it myself instead of the 500 dollars for a 2x4 tarp they used . They will straight deny them as well. Do not do business with these crooks. They love stealing your money and will run you through the wringer to not pay you what you are deserved.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this insurance company. My car was deemed a total loss the day after my not at fault accident. It has taken them more than two weeks to provide payment for the car during which time I had to call multiple times to follow up on what was happening. I was never offered a rental car and when I asked for one, was told that I had missed the time to request one despite no notification of that window. Compared to other interactions with insurance companies this one is significantly lacking in customer service and has made this whole experience significantly more challenging and stressful

I was hit behind from a person that carried Kemper insurance. Unfortunately, had one of the worst experiences with an insurance agent. The initial call with Jose was positive but once he had to pass me off to the insurance agent it took forever to get my estimate, reimbursement and figure out rental car logistics. Jazmin Soto was very unresponsive and not polite over the phone. Unless I sent an email stating “this is my 3rd email following up on ___” I wouldn’t get a response. Either way nobody should have to deal with that type of service when the incident was not my fault. Do not use unless you have no choice. 4 weeks later after numerous emails I finally got a response from Jazmin stating my check is getting mailed today.

Don't use this people save your self all the stress you will end up losing your car thinking it's insured and this people will not respond to any calls or e mails. I had a full cover insurance on a car that got hit by a drunk driver and they closed the claim with out even looking at the damage, the estimate to fix its close to 4,000 and they said it could be fixed with 300 dollars and that I didn't need the insurance for that.

I am new to Kemper Insurance but their website has a text feature so you can speak to a customer service person via text. It's fast & easy! Rep (Gilbert) was also very helpful & quick to respond.

Terrible! I cancelled our polices on effective November 1. I called on November 27 to inquire about our refund due to us as we had paid through December 14. I was told that 5he cancellation was effective November 1, but wasn’t processed until November 27. I requested that the refund be credited on the credit card we used to pay the premiums. He said he would put that request in. Today, December 5, I called again as I had not received the refund. I was told that the check was going out today!! It will be at least 7 weeks before we receive the refund! This is ridiculous, and wonder if they would wait that long for a payment! What a snotty way to do business. Never will give Kemper my business again.

My husband and I was in a car accident on Saturday and the other driver hit the front end of the jeep and we tried to report the accident several times on the weekend no luck this company doesn't take any REPORTS on the weekend and we reported it on Monday and with in a half hour a very rude adjuster called and my husband explained what happened she stopped him and said it's all your fault the other driver was driving recklessly no insurance no driver's license either this company is a big scam my husband has driven a city BUS for 41 years and reached a million miles of safe driving as a commercial driver plus a driver trainer for 15 years I was a witness to this accident and the driver of the other car was at fault this company is LOUSY and doesn't care about the people who they insure the customer service was a negative zero don't waste your time with thisCUT- RATE SO CALLED INSURANCE COMPANY. ‼‼

this is the worst insurance in usa , im been 2 monts trying get my claim bcs someone hit my car , and this guys haven a mont "proscesing" the claim , this is ridiculuss , a insurance would be nice bcs they take your money just on date but when u need them they make the imposible for no pay or get the most cheappeast parts or deals , the custumer service suck !literaly ,the lady on the case just answer thursday to saturday that is super riduculuss when you are paying for a service , absolutly not recomended this crew of clows , in the most whorst insurance company this are on top of the bad experiences ! that is the car is been two monst in there , any truck nothing they rejeat averithing for avoid pay , dont hiring thys clows!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Had the worst experience. The person that crash in to me had this insurance. First of all when I call this insurance they where rude. Second Tirza fernandez was her name that helped me I had to call her look for her to get them to pay for my car rental. When I would call her her attitude towards everything I would ask her. When they fix my car they didn't pay for my rental the full amount. I asked her why she stopped answering my calls. What an unprofessional person. This has been the worst experience ever starting with the customer service to the whole process.

Josber was professional. 5/5 customer service. However the low rating is due to me having to verify all my information with the customer service representative, just to be told I cannot cancel my policy with them but to contact my agent instead. I wish company policy would allow Josber to tell me that ahead of time, saving me and Josber time throughout our days.
