I wanted to give five stars to my auto insurance policy cuz I just added a new car to my policy. I spoke with a gentleman named Genesis and he was a great help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I really loved the text message communication feature because being a husband and father I do not have much time to be on the phone. I highly recommend this Auto Insurance company.

Very bad service from my adjuster. Yolanda Rodriguez He swore at me and hung up. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

They low ball you an estimate thru photos . There is about 4 grand worth of damage on my car and they gave me an estimate of $741.45 looking thru photos and they won’t let me get an estimate in person at an actual body shop. I just changed insurances companies to this company last month. I had to reach out to the customer service rep and when I requested that through the app, I got a text right away. They were able to answer my questions resolve my issue and I really appreciate that. I really recommend this insurance company as the customer service is really great.

** UPDATE REVIEW** This is still the worst insurance company ever and I still DONT recommend I just wanted share my story since my claim was resolved by my own insurance which I should of dealt with from the beginning. After I wrote this review. Apparently a check from Kemper was sent to me for the damages the check amount was $1500... Mind you I have a 2025 Honda HRV. Once all the work was done with the body shop they told us the work itself was over $5k ! If I can give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst insurance company I have dealt with. A company that doesn’t return your calls & ghosts you is definitely not the company you want to be insured with. I submitted a claim due to an accident their insurer caused and they denied me even though the police report literally states their insurer was at FAULT they told me to fax and submit the report and they will review it never received a call that they received it or that I was denied I had to call them!! Poor SERVICE! All they did was give me a supervisors number and they ignored my insurances calls as well. The supervisor doesn’t answer either ! Oh and the person who handled my claim terrible attitude and poor service. I’m glad my insurance is now in charge cause this place sucks!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE . The absolute WORST insurance company you could choose. They have been nothing but a problem. They didn’t send the correct paper work to the BMV and got my license suspended. I had to call them 3 months after my accident to find out they didn’t do it. When speaking to someone on the phone they didn’t apologize or even recognize the mistake.

Got fast responses to all my questions, and clarified any confusion.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kemper Insurance. I was rear-ended while stopped at a freight train by one of their insured drivers, and despite the clear liability, Kemper refused to fully cover my rental car and paid barely anything toward the necessary repairs. Their handling of this claim has been frustrating, unfair, and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I expected a responsible insurance company to stand behind their policyholders’ actions, but instead I was left without proper support or compensation. I would not recommend Kemper to anyone looking for reliable insurance coverage.

They are horrible. I was involved in a hit and run with one of their insured . I was able to get the plate number from the car. They are refusing to move forward because the person who hit me is not contacting them. They’re telling me if they can’t get ahold of the person who hit me the claim gets denied. Just a bunch of crap.

Really bad customer service... Kaleb doesn't know whats he doing.They crash me since july and until he now asn't been resolve. Called the Manager (Ashely) to talk to her what he is doing he "forgot" to send the 2nd check. and she rather send kaleb to message instead of her.. Kaleb said she is new but as a manager she should be taking calls. After months he said he was going to me a rental but i just texted him any updates and he said i dont have coverage of it.... He doesn't check to see...... I just want my car fix. Please review all the bad comments before gettting this insurance they dont care about you or your car they care about the money. I WILL LIKE TO TALK WITH COOPERATION NOT WITH KALEB OR ASHELY.
