I have had kemper insurance on my house , and autos for 15 years . Called in with questions receive answers properly been a member for over 15 years I've been treated gratefully little disappointed in the uprising prices because I do have a great record so I still don't understand why my premium went up so high. But today interaction was good I appreciate the time they took in the system

They dropped me because I was a 1.17 short on my bill, and did not give me any notification that they dropped me! I drove around 14 days with no insurance! Thank goodness for AAA for covering me for a better rate

FYI - I have sent a direct email to Mr. C. Flint owner of Kemper!!! WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD! Daniela Campuzano never returns emails or phone messages, Raymoundo Fuentes made a mistake on my claim as per Van Garcia, Joe Robinson said he would forward my detailed email to Maria Castor ext 1542114 who never calls messages back either! Now to explain what’s going on at the most incompetent, unreliable, everybody, blaming somebody else like a tennis match, well every day the rental cost me money, and the truck is sitting at the body shop because they’re waiting for an answer from Kemper! The body shop received my truck on Aug 21, to repair both sides as per agreement with Daniela Campuzano. My truck has not yet been worked on due to. They are waiting for extra money to be sent to them from camper for the other side to be repaired as well. Originally, when I uploaded the photographs to Daniela on the link she sent, she and I also discussed when the car hit me and pushed me into a truck who had a ladder sticking out which dented my truck on the other side, passenger side back, Daniela advised me that that won’t be a problem that the appraisal was roughly $13-$1400 and if it’s any extra have the body shop call and capable cut the check for the extra, after I pay the thousand dollar excess. OK, I’ll pay the thousand dollar access, gave them to 300 and something a dollar check. They are waiting for the other check. The issue at hand is to rent the cheapest truck so I can put all my tools in and continue working as I’m an electrician and work for myself and if I don’t work, I don’t get paid! Five days rental $900… I am on my second week which is $1800 so far and my truck still has not been started to be repaired because they are waiting for the extra money to fix the passenger side from the same incident. I cannot afford to rent a truck at this right any longer, and I have to work otherwise I do not get paid! Can somebody please ensure the body shop gets the extra check immediately so that they can start working on my truck as somebody has to now be liable for the money that I am wasting on a renal truck while the body shop are sitting waiting on Kemper. STILL NO REPLY FROM ANYNOE AT ALL JUST A BIG BS RUN AROUND. My coverage expires on Sep 3rd and it is definitely good riddance to bad rubbish disgusting, customer service, disgusting management that rice time will not call back and will not reply to email. WORST COMPANY EVER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL CERTAINLY WASTE YOUR TIME…OH AND BY THE WAY, YOU ALWAYS GET THROUGH WHEN YOU CALL AND PRESS IPTION FOR MAKE A PAYMENT! Would never recommend this insurance company my van went it for some repairs they were doing an came back with no heat smoking engine and was not that way when they took it they won't fix it even though it started that after accident an after they took my car . Sent some one out to check my van at machanics an keep making excuses just cuz my van is a 2011 beware do not get this insurance

Was in an accident late night from a tire blowing out. Waited for towing that never came. Customer service didn't help out. If I didn't have someone to pick me up, I would have been stranded on the side of an expressway. Customer service put me on hold for over an hour.

If I could give 0 stars I would worse experience ever. This is rediculous had a collision with a lady that carried Kemper as insurance she admitted fault she was distracted didn’t see me as to why she hit me. But according to Fred T “The claim representative” google maps shows him I’m the one at fault as to why they’re not paying my damages. Google maps makes the decision for them I guess is not what their customer says or what the other person involved in the collision says clearly google maps was the one that saw how the accident happened . Even though their customer admitted fault he said it doesn’t matter what their customer says it’s what they determine according to google maps. This is a JOKE of an insurance company.

Same as Ignacio. I had video proof of someone hitting me and taking off they sent me 125 for a disabled child car seat which is a joke and no response to my email or calls. And I am fixing the damage myself best I can as well as dealing with a cracked bumper. So wrong
