If I could give them no stars, I would. This company is very careless with your personal information. They sent me another person’s death certificate. I was pissed. I have no idea where my mother’s death certificate has been sent to. I’m sure they probably sent it to someone else. Now they want me to sent this persons death certificate back to their family members. Hopefully whoever has my mothers death certificate doesn’t do anything illegal with it. I’m moving my other policies to another company. I don’t trust this company!!!!

Francisco G in underwriting is completely rude and unprofessional. He has completely treated me like I am a criminal or something. And is pressing me to get information when I repeated I cannot. When my child got into an accident. He questioned my child and asked her questions she has no clue about. And now says we are misrepresenting information. This company is horrible I would NEVER recommend. This has been a horrible process.

My car was stolen a Hyundai after just 11 days of owner ship this insurance company handled it professionally.

I canceled my policy in November of 2022. I have submitted the request to get the check for the difference they owe three times. I am still waiting to receive my check. I have asked if there are ways to ensure I will get the check in the mail, like Priority Mail, having a tracking number, even if we could expedite this process since we have done this three times already. And the answer is NO; there are no ways to do it. Your customer service is terrible; you don't have people willing to serve and help your customers. I will never again have insurance with any of the Kemper companies.

The insurance company recorded a claim in my history that never occurred. I've been trying to remove it for a month without success. They simply don't respond to messages in the personal account and don't answer calls. This is the worst company.

Worst personal injury claims ever! It's been almost ONE YEAR and still i don't have a resolution from my car injuries. Don't ever go with this company! And Vanika J is horrible. Ask for someone else if you get stuck with her

Kemper is a really good company. They do tend to try their best to work with you if things go south they do have good deals. You know unless you’re higher income. Pretty sure they have deals for those two but of course, for the people that are lower income they are pretty great company. I would say they’re OK. 😉😌

Nayeli was a great helper today . Really was satisfied with her work and attention. Since Friday I was trying to get in contact with someone who can help me out and I do t get no help until I got Nayeli for help. Really appreciated her support and work.

I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review in my life, but my experience with Kemper and specifically adjuster Joseph Jumale, has been an absolute nightmare. In October, I was the victim of a hit-and-run by a drunk driver. As a paraplegic, this crash didn't just damage my car; it caused significant new back pain that requires specialized care. Instead of help, I have been met with a level of incompetence and hostility that is truly breathtaking. The "Service" of Joseph Jumale: • Total Ghosting: Joseph ignores every email and voicemail. I have to call the general customer service line 10 times a week just to get a pulse from him. When he do text me back he make sure to text some words in cap locks so I can know he is yelling at me. • Contemptuous Communication: When he does deign to respond, he provides one-word, sarcastic answers. He offers zero guidance on next steps, leaving me stranded in a legal and medical limbo. • Zero Advocacy: Despite my requests, he ignores my question when I asked him to contact medical billing offices to let them know a claim is pending. He is actively allowing my credit to be threatened by collections while I am already suffering physically. I have asked for a new adjuster and basic claim updates; his response is a flat, disrespectful "No." A Note to Management: I work in the medical and pharmacy insurance industry myself. I know what professional standards look like, and Joseph Jomale fails every single one. If this company allows an employee to treat a disabled victim with such blatant disregard and sarcasm, it speaks volumes about the corporate culture. I have attempted to reach his supervisor multiple times to resolve this like a professional, but the silence from leadership is just as deafening as Joseph’s. To anyone considering this company: Pray you never actually have to file a claim. They don't just fail to help; they go out of their way to make a traumatic situation worse.

PLEASE READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT SIGNING UP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SCAMS!!!! I will be changing my insurance very soon getting far away from this company. Had my car broke down when I was out of town needed to tow my car to a dealership come to find out my insurance only cover $100 in towing I'm in Dallas Texas and tows was going for $160 to $200 they wanted me to pay the difference. I should get a tow no mater the cost this is ridiculous!!! (Responding to kemper reply) Don't act like y'all care because y'all don't I had to figure out how to get my car to the dealership. I had to risk driving my car to the dealership which was very dangerous, a 38 min drive, as soon as I pulled into the dealership my car completely stop working, this could've been worst if my car would've stopped on the side of the road. This whole experience was very very stressful l pay my car insurance faithfuly every month. There is no way I should've went through this. RIDICULOUS!! Run as fast as you can from this company they don't care the reviews don't lie Update: August 28, 2024 I canceled my policy about 6 weeks ago they said they sent my refund have not gotten anything. I already called them twice kemper said it takes 6 week just to send you your refund. Still have not received it. Whovever reading this please don't sign up with this company they scams, dont care and they insurance sucks. Run as fast as you can from this company.
