An agent was assigned to me. They contacted me quickly and helped answer my questions. Very easy and nice!

Terrible terrible company. Cancelled my policy due to a bill that I recieved that was much higher than it should be. 3 days after i canceled my policy they auto withdrew that bill from my bank account. Called to get it refunded they explained that they accidently charged 21 dollars too much so they are going to issue a check in up to 14 business days but that their company policy allows them to withdraw the amount the believe is correct even after your policy is cancelled so they would not be refunding the rest of the money which was 4 times the amount I authorized to be taken each month. Ask to speak to a manager and get hung up on or put on hold for an hour then hung up on now I'm on a 48 hr call back list for the manager. None of the 3 employees I talked to could even locate my policy to give me more details but they were absolutely positive they withdrew the correct amount and that there would be nothing done about it.

Good luck if you have a claim with this insurance . It’s been over 7 weeks for mine and it still hasn’t been solved. 0 stars if i could.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I started a policy for $493 and cancelled the policy right after due to finding cheaper coverage they said the were going to refund $453 over a month later I spoke to them and they are telling me they are only refunding $143 this is RIDICULOUS DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Like many others, I would give zero stars to Kemper, if I could. They are the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They deserve high-risk and careless drivers who are bullies just like the one who hit me without any regard to the fact I was preparing to exit my car in a parking spot when my door was ALREADY open. Even my insurance company warned me over and over what a headache Kemper is to deal with. I learned that firsthand. When my insurance company filed with Kemper to attempt recovery for damages to my dented and crooked door, Kemper NEVER returned my numerous phone calls to two agents and a supervisor. They also took 2.5 MONTHS to decide on taking their client’s side (not a surprise) because they NEVER obtained my statement or evidence. They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. It only took my insurance company 2 business DAYS to decide that Kemper’s reckless driver was liable for the accident because they acquired ALL the evidence, even a statement from Kemper’s horrible client. All I can do now is provide this review and hope that I and nobody I care for ever has the misfortune of dealing with a bully, unaware driver like the one who hit me, or has to deal with Kemper insurance. If you are considering them, RUN, far far FAR away! If you ever have the misfortune to get hit by a driver insured by Kemper, I feel for you. Also, prepare for the worst news possible. The only thing Kemper cares about is money, NOT people.

This is a joke worst company ever I have them as my insurance right now and let me tell you the worst mistake of my life the don’t care about their customers there agents are fast talking con artists and they a rude over the phone I ask a guy who took down my claim to give me his full name so I can contact his supervisor cause he refused to give me my claim number. He told me his name was Mike and he hung up on me and he he could not speak for anything speaking was horrible this company need to be shut down and I will be taking out a suit in them

I was hit behind from a person that carried Kemper insurance. The Agent that reached out to me was Francisco Gonzalez. He has not been helpful at all! He refuses to pay for my car and hospital bills. The accident happened last year on September 8th 2023 .

We had a bad storm in May of 2019 the repairs took through the winter since we were doing some of it ourselves. Kemper was so patient and walked us through everything. We were able to repair everything and still hold true to our goal of doing the work ourselves. Most companies force you to use contractors that over charge. Kemper came out wrote it up, gave us a check and we started repairs. They even came back 3 times to confirm ans sign off on progress. With the damages being. Over $30,000, I thought it would be a headache. Kemper made it a breeze!

How do you get ONE STAR and all bad reviews from ALL THE CLIENTS??? I think this is a scam company...I got two letters pertaining to life insurance...I called no one knew nothing! I don't trust these people...PLEASE BEWARE

They send bills with payment due 2 weeks only, then they charge a late fee $20. It's hard to send a payment on time because the post office delivers cheek up to 10 business days. It is not serious, the other companies give 30 days due for payment.
