I highly recommend Kid to Kid Fort Worth. I recently brought in a batch of my son’s outgrown clothes, and the staff made the process very smooth. They were friendly, explained everything clearly, and I received store credit that I could immediately use toward items he actually needs now. The store is well organized and has a great variety of quality kids’ clothing and gear at prices that make sense. It feels good knowing the clothes we can’t use anymore will benefit another family. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
Great resale store for children. Monica is a great customer sales agent!! Beautiful smile and explained how they offer great deals, even to us grandparents! I will definitely tell others about my findings and super services. 👌 PS they even have lots of new items for great prices.
Highly recommend this Kid to Kid location! It is the best one in DFW! Not only is their selection amazing, their staff members are so warm and welcoming! Great items to buy (higher end section is my fave)! And as always, great prices!
I found several very nice and some new clothing for my granddaughter very organized easy to find sections with the size you need 20 outfits and a winter coat and was there less than 20 min
Jackson at the S Hulen store went above and beyond to help show me how to use the step stool, how to collapse it, and even carried it to my car. He is very knowledgeable and generous! The store is always organized and clean when I come in as well. Great job guys!!
Was pleased with my first trip there! I got a brand new baby tub and also a used diaper genie for less than $25 and it would’ve been almost $100 if bought off my baby registry. The cashier was super nice and explained a lot of how the business works to us!
The employees and cleanliness of the store were amazing. They were attentive, knowledgeable, communicative without being overbearing, and the store was in pristine condition, nothing seemed out of place. But there was no air conditioning. I wanted to shop longer but I was literally sweating. And for the love of god, why do you treat your employees that way?? They’re doing their job and MORE, while literally sweating. That is not fair to the people who are actually doing the hard work to make the company money. Owners, get your priorities straight and take care of them. And also your customers, cuz I can buy more if I’m able to spend longer than 20 min in there without feeling faint. This is Texas. We still need air conditioner in December.
I had to change my review, the last time I went there was no AC … it felt warm.. there was hardly good clothing in stock .. there’s not much variety like the other locations. (Don’t get me wrong I LOVE K2K) it’s just that this location was not it …
WHY IS THE A/C STILL OUT? It is soooo incredibly hot in there and has been this way for nearly a year. My 6 month old baby was overheating in a matter of 15 minutes. We were both sweating by the time we decided we didn’t want to shop any longer due to the heat. The poor employees are as helpful and sweet as can be but must be miserable. I was so ready to get out of there I couldn’t imagine working a whole shift in that heat. I witnessed another customer just walk out due to how hot it was. The store is clean and organized but shame on management for allowing this to go on for as long as it has…. I will be shopping elsewhere until they get that fixed
So I’ve been to the kid to kid in Arlington. Was under the impression that the Fort Worth location was umbrella to a corporation in unison with the Arlington store. I would not be surprised at all if this was a franchise deal because it was night and day in the amount of differences between the two locations. Where Arlington was organized and clean in appearance Fort Worth was not. Where Arlington had air conditioning Fort Worth did not. Where Arlington had bins for customers to place their items for sale in Fort Worth did not. Where Arlington had no limit on how many bins I could drop off for consideration to sell, Fort Worth had a two bin limit and then told me it would be days(multiple) before I would hear back from them. I’m not trying to be mean but there is a chasm of setbacks that Fort Worth kid to kid needs address for a drastic change towards improvement if they wish to compete with the Arlington kid to kid or even stay in business themselves. Will not be going back
