Kid to Kid Fort Worth

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I dropped off two boxes full of clothes and shoes, several of which were brand new. They told me I would hear back within a week. When I didn’t hear anything back the following week, I called, and they told me they had canceled all of my items because they were worn (which is shocking because most were new or like new) and after not hearing back from me, had donated them. I didn’t get anything from them, and after finding out that I hadn’t received anything, the associate just said “Sorry” and hung up. I’m very disappointed with my experience here and honestly very suspicious about the fact that all of my items were “donated.” If you’re planning to donate clothes here, make sure you take pictures as evidence!

Please go to other K2K locations instead of this one! I’ve gone in at different times and each time their AC has been out…STILL. I hope management knows that most people shopping at K2K have children in tow with them and it’s disturbing to me that they constantly don’t have AC and are open for business. Those poor employee employees! They also are never open to buy anything because they have “too many clothes” when I can rarely find anything in my kid sizes when shopping. I went in before noon one day and their buy counter was already closed. They also take multiple days to process your buy! The Burleson K2K will process your buy in store! So please go elsewhere!

I first tried selling in this location in December and the day I went they said they were done buying for the day. Now I tried last Friday again around 2pm and they said the same thing so I tried going today again and sure enough they were done buying again at 12:30pm. Don’t waste your time going here I guess they only buy for 1 hour.

I have been shopping for a couple of years at the Kid to Kid Ft Worth for my grandson. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection of clothing, shoes, toys and baby items. It's a great place to take clothing, toys, baby items and books which have been outgrown. You can choose store credit or cash for accepted items, as well as, choose to have other items donated to charity. We love Kid to Kid❤️

Love love love this store! Such great quality of clothes and shoes! Anything you can think of they have it! You can also sale your kiddos clothes to them! Owner was sooooo sweet! Definitely recommend this store to anyone with little kids. Will be going back more than I should (:

Very nice store!!! Love the fact of how organized they are and they even have maternity clothes for my daughter. We will definitely be going again. The staff is very friendly and the clothes and equipment they have is fantastic and well put together. Much better experience than I’ve had at their competitors. Well deserved rating.

Warning for those who go and sell kids items at KID TO KID on s Hulen street. Apparently there is a new “policy” that will NOT be told to you upfront when you go and try and sale clothes, baby items , etc. I have sold to them before and was able to get my items back when I declined the price they were offering. I went in a couple of weeks ago to sell some of my items. I was told it was going to take 24 hours. Within 3 hours I got a call back, but I had missed it and was left a voicemail saying that they were able to accept 18 items and were going to offer me $20.40 that I could come and pick my stuff up before 7pm the next day .I called back the next morning around 10am and told them I was going to go in and pick my stuff up that I would pass on the offer. The lady’s response was “what stuff”. I had told her all my stuff that I brought in. She told me that it automatically gets taken rather I wanted to sell it or not. That it was a new policy. I told her I wasn’t aware of it and nobody had mentioned it to me before I left my items with her.I feel like I was taken advantage of and stolen from. I have no idea what items they took(dumb on my part for not taking pictures of my stuff) but I was completely blind sided! I called corporate but was told that ALL kid to kid locations are owned by different people. She reassured me that she was going to let the owner of the kid to kid on Hulen know but I haven’t received a call back yet. I don’t want anything like this to happen to anyone else so please make sure you ask questions even if you are a frequent shopper or sale to these stores!

First time seller here. I dropped Off 3 tubs of clean, name brand and on-trend boys clothes in a variety of sizes. Impeccable condition. I took care to read their website and bring items laid out in tubs as required. After reviewing what they are currently selling I thought The style and quality of my pieces far exceeded their current offerings. I was Told 24-48 hour wait time. It took longer by a day or so. My offer was minimal and they didn’t even take half of my items with no explanation. I understand that resale has a lot of factors and there are some nuances to the business we might not know or understand so I was going to let it go ... BUT When I arrived To pick my items the sales person KICKED my tubs out (yes with her feet) and said “there you go” and walked off. Mind you, I had A small child in a stroller and no way to carry 3 bins and push him out. There was no acknowledgment of that or offer to help. Since they sell children’s items they should be child and mom friendly more so than other retailers. Not sure the time and poor attitude of of employees makes the very small amount of cash worth the trouble.

If I could leave 0 I would've this place brought only the new clothes with tags Max Studio girls clothes paid $48 to $36 that my grandbaby never wore Michael Kors sneakers with rhinestones stones through out Hello Kitty new tops i brought from TJ Maxx A three piece set with a small book bag new they brought about 20 new piece for $37 and the Max Studio piece costed more and when I asked for everything to be returned the girl said it was a blinding contract when I signed but at that time I didn't see anything about a blinding contract nor did they mention anything about a blinding contract these places are rip off by your stuff cheap and sale it higher to make a good profit they will never have to worry about me sending people's there way are me ever going there again just sad!!!

I love this location! I have been going here since my son was born 8 years ago! Lately the store has really raised their standards. Sure it may be hard to get this pass in a buy but that shows on the racks! Nice clothes and shoes for my picky boy!
