Always had a great experience trading in my kids clothes for more credit! Kids grow so much and so fast that I love the simplicity of trading and just buying more clothes at the same store! Love kid to kid!!!
I really contemplated on whether or not I should leave a review because I normally do not do this but I have been to this place twice and received the WORST customer service ever. The first time I thought it was just an off day so I said hmmm maybe I’ll try again another day, I went a month later and still received the same terrible service. Both times I was the only customer in the store with my infant. The second time I went I was never acknowledged when I went in which is cool I thought everyone was busy (which isn’t an excuse to not acknowledge a customer and like I said I was the ONLY person in the store at the time) I watched one of the ladies run outside to assist a woman who was outside of the store but didn’t even acknowledge me while I was standing at the register ready to check out. Lol I laugh about it now because I can see someone taking that as disrespect and going off. Not to mention when I was finally acknowledged the girl asked me if I was ready to check out as if I was bothering her. If this is your store shouldn’t you be ready to assist? How am I suppose to know if you are ready to assist if you aren’t saying anything? I really hate this store lol the arrogance and this ignorance is crazy. Hopefully you don’t catch the wrong customer on the wrong day, that would be terrible. I see why it’s hardly ever anyone in there. I’ll just go to once upon a child lol the store isn’t even worth it🤭
I went into the store yesterday at about 11am for picture day attire. I was greeted the second I opened the door. The ladies were busy checking and sorting clothes. I went to the counter to ask for help choosing what to go under my daughter's dress. I have a hard time matching things and knowing if it will look nice. The lady (I didn't get her name) heard what I needed, immediately stopped what she was doing, and went to the clothes racks. She picked out two pairs of leggings and asked her coworker her opinion. They both decided purple was a fall color and we went with purple. My kids look great! Thank you ladies! My receipt says Megan rang me up.
One of my favorite places to go to buy new or gently used clothes for my son and my self when pregnant. They have everything I could possibly need/want in one place. I also sell to them as well and do store credit so I can get items for my son.
Kid to Kid always saves me money! The store credit is always awesome! Today I needed a suit for my daughter to dress up at school. After 4 other stores I found exactly what I needed and it saved me $150!
Don’t sell nothing here, I’ve heard before how their buying process at this location is weak , I figured I’d see for myself and sure enough just a couple teens barely going thru the items just to get on their phone and/or go home. box full of name brand stuff and they only wanted a couple items , this location is trash , try any other one besides this one. like I said just a bunch of goofy teens trynna get the day over with , they don’t value anything you bring trust that. Behind the counter is a huge mess too, they all unprofessional here and it shows….
I needed some guidance for a potty chair and the ladies were more than happy to help. I never feel like they are bothered that they have customers. Will always be my favorite location.

I love this location! Im never disappointed in my experiences there. My 2 young toddlers love going & playing in the play area, they get excited when we they see the store! We go quite frequently to sell our gently used items & ALWAYS do store credit! We love how great they are at picking great gently used products because the selection eveytime i go is amazing! All the girls up there greet you with a smile & make you feel welcome! It's by far my favorite place to shop!
