After having a bad experience with another kid to kid location, I decided to go to this location, even though it was alot further. This was my first visit at this location. I will definitely be back. The manager, Lauren and the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional.
Love lake worth kid to kid. Been going here for aprox 9 years now. It's always been a great experience from buying to selling. They offer 10% more in-store credit if you sell to them, instead of cash. And with kids growing so fast I can't say no to that. This location always has been my favorite out of most dfw locations. All the employees are absolutely wonderful and helpful
The associates were very helpful and friendly. An item I was interested in wasn’t priced. I inquired about the item while checking out. The ladies working immediately gave me a price. I purchased the item and was well on my way. You have a happy customer for life.

rude employees and the worst place to try to sell back your clothes. do not leave them there unless you want to get severely ripped off. it is better to sell at garage sale or give away. I used to enjoy shopping there, but have not had a single good experience innthe last few years.

Don't bother trying to sell your clothes here. Went in 2 times to try and sell NEW clothes with tags and hangers but they refused the first time because it was Sunday fine, I'll try again. Went in next week they refused because they want then in a box and or a basket. I understand for used clothes but these clothes are new and on hangers why I do need to purchase a box or basket for them to go through 10 items. I'll simply sell them on postmark. It's easier and no headaches.
I wanted to like this location, but my experiences selling items here have been frustrating. The first two times I sold to Kid to Kid (on separate visits), it took 5 days to get my cash and my unsold items back. On both occasions, they almost lost my second bin. I had to wait an extra day each time while they searched for it and finished going through it after they found it. For the past two months, I’ve also been calling before making the drive to see if the buy counter is open. Every time, I’m either told, “It’s not open today, and I’m not sure when it will be open,” or that they’re only accepting buys for store credit. It makes it nearly impossible to know when they’re actually buying for cash. The inconsistent buying schedule, long turnaround times, and issues keeping track of customers’ items have made this location difficult to use. I hope they improve their organization and communication because the current process has been very disappointing.
I strongly urge you attempt to sell on marketplace before bringing items here. They bought six outfits and a brand new pair of shoes couldn’t tell me which outfits they gave me $14 for all of that. No one disclosed that if I left store, they would automatically put my stuff that they bought on the floor and just have the rejection to the side. I thought I would be able to approve what they were buying for the amount given. The lady at the counter was extremely rude like I was lying about nobody telling me that. Definitely staying away from this location. If the Keller location is the same, I’ll stay away from the company as a whole.
