The 2 women working were rude. I'm heavily pregnant and had brought my 2 yr old and clothes to trade having heard good things. The employees saw that I had a bag and without so much as a hello, told me they won't accept anything in bags. That I needed to have a bin or box and they wouldn't help me otherwise. Just unpleasant staff experience, didn't seem necessary.
Love this store! The manager is such a sweet person! All the ladies that work there are always smiling and friendly. I’ve been to many locations and was disappointed every time. Lakeworth K2K is unmatched ♥️

Very helpful when I asked to see monitor that was behind the counter. Staff was friendly when we entered and asked if we needed any help finding anything.
Called ahead to ask if they were accepting items and was bringing in a bin for store credit. They said they were and I was there within 10 minutes and the teenagers working in the store then said they aren’t accepting items. It seems the teens working today just wanted to be on their phones rather than sort through anything.
My first time going here after following a soon to be new Mom on social media if her doing her new born baby shopping haul and I was absolutely LOVED coming here to shop for my grandbaby and great nephew 🩵🩵🩵will be coming back again SOON to SHOP some MORE 😜😜
I love this store! It's improved drastically from when I first started shipping here 8 months ago. They are pretty picky when buying things and don't offer much but it's so easy for me to come shop new sizes and trade in the old and donate the rest. Misti has done great with this store!
Quick shopping trip to update grandson’s wardrobe —4 jeans, pearl snap shirt, 2 long sleeve shirts + several short sleeved shirts 1NWT along with a light jacket. Friendly staff great selection and even better value.
