We love this location. We love getting nice clothes for over 1/2 price off, and the lady who took care of us today was so sweet, she was behind on orders but still took ours since she knew we drove over an hour and a half away. My kids got really nice clothes, we're all happy! Love this place!

Staff is extremely rude at the buy counter. I informed the woman working when I took my items in, they can be donated, signed the paper stating it would be donated, and I still get a call saying I need to pick them up. I didn't get a chance to stop prior to closing due to being a parent, and full time employee, then proceed to get a very condescending voicemail saying i needed to come pick up my items by 6pm that day, otherwise they will be put in the donation bin! Ok? Then what's the purpose of signing the form? This is around the corner from my house but have had horrible experiences every time I go in there with buying or selling. I will drive into Weatherford or Fort Worth to specifically avoid this location. The franchise owner needs to get involved, or corporate needs to.
This was the absolute worst selling experience I've ever had. I brought brand new, never been used, still with tags on it stuff and probably 20 pieces of Modern Moments onezies and they gave me $24. They accepted 33 pieces for $24. It was not made clear that I wouldn't be able to reject the offer, and the way it was handled with the absolute disregard and attitude shows that this is common practice at this location. Please read carefully before selling to this business
Today was my 1st time visiting that location. I love how everything was organized and easy to find! Tons of great selection and holiday items, I’ll for-sure be back.
They have a great selection of toys & clothes for a good price! The cashier even gave me 10% off for grandparents day on Tuesdays! Great place for grandparents to stock up on toys for when they visit without spending a fortune!

This was my first and definitely last time bringing items to this store. I dropped off a large amount of clothes, including at least six coats and a big selection of toys, and was offered only $32 — which felt like a complete rip-off. When I called to ask about it, the woman who answered was rude and unprofessional, and when I requested to speak with a manager, her tone became even more inappropriate. That kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before taking my items there because it truly feels like they’re taking advantage of people. I’ll be sure to let others know about my experience so they don’t make the same mistake. I will never return to this location again. Today I went back to pick up the $32 they offered and my bins that I had left with my clothes, only to find out that my bins were donated. I had specifically called ahead and requested that they handle the bins carefully, as they are large and expensive. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful.
The place is trash and the owner is right there with it. The fact that you got in your feelings over an honest review says everything about the way you “run” a business. I didn’t lie, I didn’t exaggerate—I simply pointed out that my experience was terrible and your staff needs serious improvement. And instead of fixing the problem, you got petty and tried to block me from selling. That’s not leadership; that’s a tantrum. I’ve never disrespected anyone in your store, yet I’ve been treated like an inconvenience by that rude little buyer you have sitting there with an attitude like she owns the building. I called it out because it happened, period. I absolutely have the right to speak on how I was treated—especially when I was nothing but respectful and deserved way better. If you’re this threatened by basic feedback, no wonder the place is falling apart. A real business owner would correct the issue, not try to punish the customer who pointed it out. Maybe instead of obsessing over who reviews you, you should focus on why the reviews are bad in the first place.
